Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for automatically detecting positions of various webpage elements within a webpage when the webpage is rendered, based on analyzing the programming code of the webpage. A position detection system obtains and parses the programming code of the webpage to identify webpage elements within the webpage. A group of related webpage elements is identified based on a shared programming structure. The position detection system generates a DOM tree based on the programming code, and determines relative positions of the webpage elements within the group by traversing the DOM tree using a breadth-first search algorithm.

Abstract: Systems and methods are presented herein for providing a user with a notification or with access to live media on an audio/visual user entertainment system based on a user's conditional request for media content. The user may provide the condition of the request by speaking or by entering the condition of the request into an interactive interface. An identification application analyzes the elements of the user's request and generates a question. The application finds a live media stream with identifiers related to the elements and posts the generated question to a live chat forum associated with the live media stream. The application analyzes posts on the forum made by other users to determine if the condition of the user's request is met. When the application determines a post confirms the condition is met, the application generates a notification and provides the user access to the live media stream.

Abstract: Unicode data can be protected in a distributed tokenization environment. Data to be tokenized can be accessed or received by a security server, which instantiates a number of tokenization pipelines for parallel tokenization of the data. Unicode token tables are accessed by the security server, and each tokenization pipeline uses the accessed token tables to tokenization a portion of the data. Each tokenization pipeline performs a set of encoding or tokenization operations in parallel and based at least in part on a value received from another tokenization pipeline. The outputs of the tokenization pipelines are combined, producing tokenized data, which can be provided to a remote computing system for storage or processing.

For example, multiple sub-images correspond to 3D feature regions of an object. The distributed monitoring and analytics system generally includes one or more mobile monitoring units that each includes a vehicle, a sensor package within the vehicle that is configured to produce one or more sensor outputs as the mobile monitoring unit traverses the remote oil field, and an onboard computer configured to process the output from the sensor package. The sensor package can include any number of sensors, including a camera that outputs a video signal for computer vision analysis and a gas detector that outputs a gas detection signal based on the detection of fugitive gas emissions within the remote oil field.

Abstract: A vehicular vision system includes a camera disposed at and viewing exterior and rearward of a vehicle. The system, as the vehicle is driven forward along a traffic lane of a road, and responsive to processing of image data captured by the camera, determines a traffic lane marker rearward of the vehicle. The system, responsive to determining the traffic lane marker, determines a position of the vehicle within the traffic lane the vehicle is moving along. The system, responsive to determining the position of the vehicle within the traffic lane is within a threshold distance of a side of the traffic lane, alerts an occupant of the vehicle.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for developing/updating training datasets for traffic light detection/perception models. V2I-based information may indicate a particular traffic light state/state of transition. This information can be compared to a traffic light perception prediction. When the prediction is inconsistent with the V2I-based information, data regarding the condition(s)/traffic light(s)/etc. can be saved and uploaded to a training database to update/refine the training dataset(s) maintained therein. In this way, an existing traffic light perception model can be updated/improved and/or a better traffic light perception model can be developed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are apparatuses and methods for auto-configuring a region of interest (ROI) associated with a camera. In one implementation, a method comprises receiving image frames from a camera installed in the environment, wherein the ROI is located within the view of the image frames. The method includes tracking a plurality of persons in the image frames and determining a respective trajectory of movement for each person of the plurality of persons. The method further includes comparing each of the respective trajectories to one another and identifying, based on the comparing, a common trajectory shared by more than one person of the plurality of persons, wherein the common trajectory is not fully encompassed in the ROI. The method additionally includes updating the ROI to encompass the common trajectory, and includes configuring the updated ROI to be associated with new image frames from the camera.

Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards comparing two images for content differences, such as images based on the frames of a show and a derivative version of that show. Frame pairs such as from an original show and its derivative version are processed into image pairs, which can include decoding, scaling, luminance extraction and/or filtering. An edge pixel image is obtained via edge detection for each image. Edge pixels in one image are compared against a counterpart edge pixel (and possibly neighboring pixels) in the other image to determine matches (matching edge pixels) and mismatches. An image with too many errors based on the mismatches is deemed as a candidate for further review. A difference image can be generated to assist a reviewer in detecting where the mismatches were detected. By repeating for the various frames, a show can be automatically compared against its derivative for content differences.

Abstract: A system and method for object classification and related applications based on frame and event camera processing is provided. The system acquires an output of image sensor circuitry and determines a first object classification result based on feature points associated with first objects in a first frame of the acquired output. The system executes an event-camera signal processing operation on at least two frames of the acquired output to generate an event frame. The generated event frame includes pixel-level movement information associated with second objects. The system determines a second object classification result based on the pixel-level movement information and determines one or more object classification tags based on the determined first and the determined second object classification result. The determined one or more object classification tags correspond to one or more objects, included in at least the first objects and the second objects.

Abstract: In example implementations described herein, person images obtained by object detection and tracking are stored in an image database. Then the system automatically samples a person image as a query of image search for past images. Filtering is performed on the search results to extract a person images having a similarity higher than certain threshold. Travel time is calculated by sorting information (camera identifier, time) attached to person images on a timeline, and the system detects gap between periods that the person appears in frame.
