Abstract: A system and method for an improved overbed table adapted to fit on top of standard hospital beds that may be accessible to the patient lying on the bed, the overbed having a refrigerator providing storage for cold food and drinks with a doubled sided access door allowing for a caregiver to place contents in the refrigerator through one door while permitting a patient to access the contents from the other door.

Abstract: A food preparation table includes a housing at least in part defining multiple food pan receiving locations and a cooling air flow path internal of the housing below the food pan receiving locations. A first food pan is positioned within a first one of the food pan receiving locations such that side walls and a bottom wall of the first food pan are within the cooling air flow path, a first one of the side walls of the first food pan includes a plurality of openings therein to permit some cooling air to enter the first food pan and flow in contact with food items therein.

Abstract: A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.

Abstract: A workstation assembly that can be opened when needed is disclosed. When closed, the workstation assembly can be aesthetically pleasing and can have a reduced footprint. When opened, the workstation assembly can include a deployable screen system capable of deploying an interior screen from a door section of the workstation assembly. The screen can provide a backdrop for videoconferencing, can provide improved isolation (e.g., sound isolation, visual isolation, shared airflow isolation, and the like) for an individual within the opened workstation assembly. The deployable screen system can also include an exterior screen for providing an aesthetically pleasing exterior and improved isolation while the workstation assembly is in use. The workstation assembly can also include a surround frame with openings and light sources to provide diffuse illumination to the environment surrounding the workstation assembly, which can be especially useful when natural light is unavailable.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally provides a height adjustable vanity comprising a vanity structure and a storage structure supporting the vanity structure. The storage structure includes a removable upper frame structure that is releasably attached to a lower frame structure by coupling means. The height of the vanity can be lowered by removing the upper frame structure from the storage structure and raised by reinserting the upper frame structure into the storage structure.

Abstract: A mesh shelf system comprises a bracket mount, a bracket, a mesh shelf, and a shelf locking clamp. The bracket mount defines a plurality of mount apertures. The bracket is attached to the bracket mount by interfitting with the mount apertures. The mesh shelf is carried by the bracket and includes a crossbar residing proximate to the bracket mount. The shelf locking clamp includes first and second convexities that are disposed in apertures in the bracket, and the shelf locking clamp is rotatable between a first position away from the crossbar and a second position in which the shelf locking clamp resides proximate to the first crossbar. In the second position, the shelf locking clamp is attachable to the bracket mount.

Abstract: A floating fixture system and method includes wall attachment members and mounting brackets for mounting a fixture on a wall so it floats from the wall. Hook and hook-receiving structures temporarily hold the fixture to the wall while additional components more permanently secure the fixture to the wall. The system can allow a floating fixture to be installed more quickly and by fewer persons, and without the need to cut components at the installation site.

Abstract: The cabinet-protecting waterproof mat is specifically designed to prevent water damage for sink base cabinets and to alert the owner when there is water leakage. The main mat is waterproof, mildew resistant, and catches water that may have dripped or leaked on the main pad, surrounded by an elevated lip. The mat has a battery-powered sensor to detect when water is collecting on the mat. Furthermore, the sensor is connected to a speaker to emit beeping noises when water is detected or if the battery needs replacing. The volume of said beeping can be set to high or low, and the power can be turned on or off by corresponding buttons.

Abstract: An improved furniture system, including methods of manufacture, is disclosed. The furniture may be a sofa or a bed, which is reduced to a minimum volume for transportation. A flexible foldable honeycomb structure is used in manufacturing a supporting structure, wherein the hexagonal shape of said structure is strong and stable and provides a high bearing capacity versus weight. The honeycomb structure is designed to be foldable and used for saving space and to be easier for delivery in a box that fits in a small car, wherein said structure used flaccid materials that are glued to each other in certain ways to open and close easily, and wherein the number of layers of the flaccid materials determines the expansion length of the structure.

In some aspects of the invention, ground covering sheets with an inherent guard, partially around a periphery of the sheets, are provided. In several embodiments, specialized ground-covering sheets are provided with reinforced, specialized sections configured to receive and hold legs, ground stakes and/or other parts related to structures to be mounted in, on or about such ground-covering sheets. In some such embodiments, such reinforced, specialized sections include a matrix of expandable receiving brackets, through which the support legs, ground stakes and/or other parts can penetrate, and reach and obtain direct support from the ground below such ground-covering sheets.

All embodiments provide liquid re-directing or damming structures that operate to control the delivery of hot liquid for promoting heat loss from re-directed liquid flows. Certain structures cooperate with existing art to minimize leakage problems associated therewith. Other structures operate to particularly shape parceled liquid volumes for effecting rapid heat transfers therefrom. Still other structures harness material-philic properties of liquids for further effecting rapid heat transfers and liquid directional control mechanisms. The open position allows the package to be inserted or removed from the package receptacle. The package is secured by transitioning the access door to the closed position, by way of the securing tether, after the package has been inserted into the package receptacle. An autonomous vehicle equipped with a vehicle web-enabled control system can make package pickups and deliveries. The autonomous vehicle can be a car, truck, drone, or other autonomous vehicles.

Abstract: A smart delivery receptacle and related systems and techniques are disclosed. The disclosed receptacle may be configured to detect and securely report wirelessly on whether a package has been delivered thereto. Moreover, the disclosed receptacle may be configured to alert an owner or other authorized party if the receptacle has been compromised or a package has been removed without authorization. To such ends, the disclosed receptacle may include RF wireless communication device(s) configured to transmit RF signal(s) including data pertaining to various conditions to be monitored. Information from the RF signal(s) may be delivered through the internet to a server, which may be cloud-based in some instances, allowing for inter-networking of the system components and other elements as part of the internet of things (IOT). Mobile and other computing devices may access the information stored at the server to monitor the receptacle, as well as control overall system operation.
