  • Patent number: PP34967
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Oncidesa plant denominated ‘HONEY MICHELL’ which is with varied floral colors of white, whitish, yellow and yellowish, compared to the parent variety, i.e. HONEY ANGEL. HONEY ANGEL has yellow flowers. The height of HONEY MICHELL is about ? to half to the height of the parent variety, HONEY ANGEL. Therefore, the generated new variety is suitable for the pot plant usage in the oncidium flower market. Compared to other similar dwarf oncidium hybrid orchids, which are planted and sold as ornamental pot orchids, such as Oncidium ‘Twinkle’ or Oncidium ‘Sepia’, they are only similar in plant height, around 50˜70 cm height. The floret size is tiny and floret number is crowded with Oncidium ‘Twinkle’. In contrast, the floret size of ‘HONEY MICHELL’ is bigger (3˜5 cm width), and floret number is relatively few.

  • Patent number: RE49411
Abstract: A tube coupling including a female connector a body into which a male connector having an annular collar is inserted axially, and a connection element is provided. The connection element extends in a transverse direction within the body of the female connector. The connection element is designed to interfere mechanically with the collar during insertion of the male connector and to move transversely of its own accord towards the inside of the female connector. The connection element includes a locking hook that cooperates with a locking catch provided in the female connector. The hook goes past the catch as a result of the mechanical interference of the collar that drives axial and radial elastic deformation of the connection element. Abstract: A ruler for mixing the ingredients of a selected beverage is slidably received in a vertical slot formed on the inside wall of a pitcher. The beverage ingredients for mixing are listed on each side of the ruler. The list of ingredients for each beverage is color coded to distinguish one beverage from another. The amount and order for mixing the ingredients in the pitcher are identified by parallel spaced measuring lines extending from the bottom to the top of the ruler. The lowermost measuring line on the ruler identifies the first ingredient added to the pitcher. The remaining ingredients are sequentially added to the pitcher to the level of the measuring line identifying each ingredient. The ingredients for mixing are added to the pitcher without requiring the volume of each ingredient to be separately measured and added. With the mixing ruler being releasably attached to the pitcher a set of mixing rulers for a collection of beverage recipes is available for use in mixing beverages in the pitcher.

  • Patent number: 11570957
Abstract: A device facilitating water or liquid fertilizer distribution to a plant growth medium by wicking from a tube that accepts a separate and removable liquid reservoir. The tube is closed at the bottom and accepts the outlet of the external reservoir. The tube is inserted into the top surface of the plant growth medium so that the wick emerges from the tube above the top of the plant growth medium and contacts it. As liquid is transferred by the wick, the liquid level in the tube drops below the opening of the reservoir outlet, allowing air to enter the reservoir from the bottom and more water to flow from the reservoir into the tube. The characteristics of the wicks can be adjusted by the user to change the water flow rate and water distribution pattern to accommodate the needs of individual plants.
