Abstract: Methods of propagating Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) are described that do not require the addition of, or presence of, any detectable live host plant material or live plant root material. The method comprises addition of water and optionally exposure to sunlight. It was surprisingly found that soil devoid of any detectable live host plant material, including host plant roots, is capable of supporting AMF reproduction, though it is widely believed that AMF are obligate symbionts requiring live plant roots for colonization to reproduce. Described methods optionally include active removal of living host plant material from the soil prior to AMF inoculation. Optionally, phosphorous compounds are added to the soil prior to inoculation. It was found that addition of phosphorous compounds, such as phosphite, to the soil enhances the growth of AMF spores by as much as three-fold over controls having no added phosphorous compounds.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for generating heterogeneous graph feature embeddings for feature learning and prediction. An application server may receive and process a plurality of feature datasets to generate a graph data structure comprising a plurality of interconnected transaction pairs. The application server processes the graph data structure to determine a first-order transaction pair corresponding to a maximum transaction frequency based on a user identifier; executes a jumping probability algorithm to process the graph data structure to determine a second-order transaction pair jumping from a first-order transaction pair; and generates a transaction sequence associated with the user identifier.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a request for a robotic fleet to perform a job and defining a set of tasks that are to be performed in performance of the job. The method includes assigning robots selected from a robot inventory to the set of tasks based on a robot inventory data structure that indicates, for each robot, a status and set of baseline features. The robots include one or more assigned multi-purpose robots that can be configured for different tasks and different environments. The method includes determining a configuration for each assigned robot based on the respective task that is assigned and a components inventory. The components inventory indicates multiple components and, for each component, a status and a set of extended capabilities. The method includes configuring the one or more assigned multi-purpose robots based on the respective configurations. The method includes deploying the robotic fleet to perform the job.

Abstract: In some embodiments, control circuitry receives a request from a first user device logged into a user account to begin a first content stream from a media streaming service. In response to determining that a second stream to a second user device logged into the user account is currently in progress, the control circuitry increments a counter. In response to determining that the incremented value of the counter is greater than a threshold, input/output circuitry transmits a prompt to the user device comprising a user-selectable option to increase an allowed number of simultaneous content streams to multiple devices logged into the user account. The control circuitry receives a user selection of the option, and in response to receiving the user selection of the option, the control circuitry transmits the first content stream to the first user device logged into the user account while continuing to stream the second content stream to the second user device.

Abstract: The disclosed technology includes hydroponics systems and methods of efficient, configurable nutrient solution grow reservoirs that utilize shared components while creating more space in grow facilities. The hydroponics systems include vertical and horizontal rows or layouts of connected reservoirs that may include movable reservoirs to allow for better user access and reduce aisles, which allows space for more reservoirs in a grow facility. Multiple reservoirs may be connected to one another by irrigation tubing (e.g., as shown in in vertical layouts) or by pipes or irrigation tubing (e.g., as shown in horizontal layouts) and share various multiple system components, such as water pumps, water chillers, air pumps, float valves, and drain out systems. In some implementations, incorporation of the 4? pipes in the horizontal layouts provides for efficient water circulation in a closed loop configuration throughout the disclosed hydroponic systems.
