The lip has a length of no more than 1.0 inches and the lip is oriented at an angle of no more than 110.0 degrees with respect to the dish. The user compresses the selected number of eyelashes between the user's thumb and the lip to impart a curl into the selected number of eyelashes when the lip is pulled along a full length of the selected number of eyelashes.
