A communication unit is integrated into the backpack and the communication unit is in remote communication with a personal electronic device. In the front, shoulder straps are attached to the wings and they go over and across the front of the wearer's body to a lower portion of the arms of the bladder. The outlet pipe is attached to the funnel and extends up to the wearer's shoulder. A drinking straw can be attached to the outlet pipe to allow the user to easily access the liquids inside.

The base may have a primary opening that receives the straw and a secondary opening in the top of the base, where the secondary opening acts as a vent to prevent a vacuum from occurring when drinking from a straw. The grommet may have a spiral ring may help create a flow path for air from inside the beverage container to the exterior environment.
