Publication number: 20230272586Abstract: Disclosed are multi-ply tissue products comprising a non-crosslinked binder that are durable and dispersible. The products generally have a Slosh time less than 2 minutes, such as less than about 60 seconds, such as less than about 45 seconds. Surprisingly, the foregoing Slosh times are achieved despite the tissue products having relatively high cross-machine direction (CD) wet tensile strength, such as greater than about 100 g/3?. Typically, increasing wet tensile strength, particularly wet CD tensile strength, negatively effects dispersability and increases Slosh time. Despite this trend, the present invention surprisingly provides a tissue product having a relatively high degree of wet strength and good dispersability.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 19, 2023Publication date: August 31, 2023Inventors: Kevin Joseph Vogt, Mark William Sachs, Erin Ann McCormick, Devon Gaynelle Curley, Sara Jane Wille Stabelfeldt, Nathan John Vogel, Christopher Steven LeCount

Publication number: 20230272587Abstract: An artificial turf system may comprise a plurality of synthetic filaments and a substrate base layer coupled to the plurality of synthetic filaments. Each filament of the plurality of synthetic filaments may comprise a pigment having an elevated solar reflectance for wavelengths less than 2500 nm. This elevated solar reflectance may be configured to reflect near-infrared radiation, thereby reducing near-surface air temperatures and the artificial turf surface temperatures. Such engineered pigments may also be advantageously used in the leaves of artificial vegetation systems, such as, for example, artificial shrubs and trees.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 24, 2023Publication date: August 31, 2023Inventor: David Sailor

Publication number: 20230272588Abstract: In one embodiment, a safety trailer has semi-tractor hitches at both ends and a safety wall that is fixed to one side of the trailer. That side, however, can be changed to the right or left side of the road, depending on the end to which the truck attaches. A caboose can be attached at the end of the trailer opposite the tractor to provide additional lighting and impact protection. Optionally, the trailer can be equipped with overhead protection, lighting, ventilation, onboard hydraulics, compressors, generators and other equipment, as well as related fuel, water, storage and restroom facilities and other amenities.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 5, 2023Publication date: August 31, 2023Inventor: Kevin K. Publication number: 20230272589Abstract: A method of moving an underground pipeline including the steps of: driving a casing into a soil proximate to the pipeline; deploying a pivoting wand from the casing about a pivoting axis, the pivoting wand having a plurality of cutting nozzles that are coupled to a fluid conduit having a longitudinal extent in the casing relative to a longitudinal axis; pressurizing the fluid conduit to thereby send fluid through the cutting nozzle to soften the soil in a direction in which the wand deploys; rotating the pivoting wand; conducting the softened soil up through the casing to form a cavity in the soil proximate the pipeline, the cavity in the soil having a shape reflective of the movement of the pivoting wand in the rotating step; positioning a lifting device beneath the pipeline. And, lifting the pipeline with the lifting device thereby drawing the pipeline toward or into the cavity.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 9, 2023Publication date: August 31, 2023Applicant: The Trout Group, Inc.Inventor: Steven M.
