An umbrella tail is fixedly disposed on an upper side of the main pipe, and a safety structure is disposed on a lower side of the main pipe. The safety structure comprises a safety hammer, and an umbrella head is disposed on an outside of the safety structure. The umbrella head is detachably connected with the safety structure. When the umbrella head and the safety structure is fixed together, the safety hammer of the safety structure is hidden in the umbrella head. A safety hammer structure is disposed at a lower position of the main pipe, and then the umbrella head is disposed on the outside of the safety hammer, so that without affecting the overall appearance and use of the umbrella, the safety hammer can be hidden.

The extracting rod extends upward through the second cap into an interior channel within the first cap. The second cap is inserted into the substantial midpoint of the first cap. The retaining ring maintains the extracting rod centered and a spring surrounds the interior channel and interfaces with the ring maintaining the first cap secured to the second cap. As the first cap is pushed downward and turned, pressure is applied from the spring onto the retaining ring, allowing and causing the extracting rod to move up and down and to rotate, which allows the pointed tip or shovel tip to extend to the bottom of a container and to remove the entire contents held within the container.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a Hair Pigment Dispensing (“HPD”) device that may be connected to the internet and intended for professional hairstylists to prepare their hair color formulations. Hair dying is a process that can take several hours and requires precise measurements, high attention to detail, and informed decision making. Not to mention, hair dying requires a large inventory of products to be readily available to the hairstylist. The present invention aims to decrease errors in product measurement, inventory size, and time spent mixing hair color ingredients to improve the overall experience for both the hairstylist and the client. Furthermore, the present invention provides the advantage of storing data from various client mixtures either locally or within a cloud server so that a customer can receive uniform coloring.

Abstract: A baby carrier includes a body panel providing a seat and a back support for the baby; a waist support connected to the body panel for fastening the body panel to a person’s waist; a pair of shoulder fastening members connected to the body panel for fastening over the person’s shoulders; side fastening members connected to the body panel member, and a fastener. Each shoulder fastening member includes a shoulder strap; and a belt and a fastener for releasably connecting the belt to one of the side fastening members or to the fastener of the shoulder fastening member. The waist support and body panel enable selectively adjusting a body height support length of the body panel, by folding or rolling the lower end of the body panel the body height support length before tightening the waist support including the body panel to the waist of the person.
