  • Patent number: 11893062
Abstract: Technologies described herein can be used for the bulk lazy loading of structured data from a database. A request can be received to initialize an application data structure (such as a structured data object, a hierarchical data structure, an object graph, etc.). The data structure can be analyzed to identify a plurality of child objects of the data structure. Database records associated with the plurality of child objects can then be identified. A loaded child record table can be inspected to determine which of the identified database records are not stored in a cache. A request can be generated, comprising one or more queries to retrieve the uncached subset of database records from the database. Once the uncached subset of records are received from the database, these records can be used, along with the cached subset of the identified database records, to initialize the plurality of child objects of the application data structure.

  • Patent number: 11893064
Abstract: Different logical partitions representing parts of a distributed file system global namespace are hosted on some cluster nodes, e.g., metadata nodes. File content and shadow logical partitions corresponding to the different logical partitions are hosted on other nodes, e.g., data nodes. Each file is associated with a metadata and data node. TCP links are established between nodes. Upon opening files, a file manager server session is generated between each pair of nodes associated with the open files to track open states and is recorded in a mapping table. The mapping table identifies each open file and associated nodes. When a metadata or data node of a particular pair of nodes associated with an open file becomes unavailable, the mapping table is consulted to identify another of the metadata or data node associated with the open file. Crash recovery protocols are performed on the other of the metadata or data node.

  • Patent number: 11893072
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically servicing item data requests in data management systems, such as in retail management systems. The apparatus and methods employ a throttling technique to service data requests from one or more entities. In some examples, a computing device initializes assigns a counter for each entity, and initializes each counter with an initial value. The computing device also occasionally (e.g., periodically) resets each counter to the initial value. The computing device may receive a data request from one of the entities, and determines whether the counter corresponding to the entity identifies a count that is beyond a threshold. If the counter identifies a count beyond the threshold, the computing device adjusts the counter, and processes the data request. If the counter does not identify a count beyond the threshold, the computing device responds to the entity with an error.

The second plane is controlled to move by means of the transition model, until the included angle is reduced from a first angle to a second angle, and a three-dimensional map display animation is obtained.

Abstract: An electronic device and a method for training or applying a neural network model are provided. The method includes the following steps. An input data is received. Convolution is performed on the input data to generate a high-frequency feature map and a low-frequency feature map. One of upsampling and downsampling is performed to match a first size of the high-frequency feature map and a second size of the low-frequency feature map. The high-frequency feature map and the low-frequency feature map are concatenated to generate a concatenated data. The concatenated data is inputted to an output layer of the neural network model.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an object detection system, including apparatuses and methods for object detection. An implementation may include receiving a first image frame from an ROI detection model that generated a first ROI boundary around a first object detected in the first image frame and subsequently receiving a second image frame. The implementation further includes predicting, using an ROI tracking model, that the first ROI boundary will be present in the second image frame and then detecting whether the first ROI boundary is in fact present in the second image frame. The implementation includes determining that the second image frame should be added to a training dataset for the ROI detection model when detecting that the ROI detection model did not generate the first ROI boundary in the second image frame as predicted and re-training the ROI detection model using the training dataset.

Abstract: An image including a first object can be input to a deep neural network trained to detect objects. The deep neural network can output a first feature vector corresponding to the first object. A first distance can be measured from the first feature vector to a feature vector subspace determined using a k-means single value decomposition algorithm on an overcomplete dictionary of feature vectors. The first object can be determined to correspond to an anomaly based on the first distance.

  • Patent number: 11893093
Abstract: Using various embodiments, methods and systems for verification of a digital asset owner in a digital environment are described. In one embodiment, a system is configured to receive a non-fungible token (NFT) associated with a digital asset, the NFT providing proof of ownership of the digital asset through a cryptographic public key and retrieve the digital asset. The system then retrieves a secret pattern from the digital asset, wherein the secret pattern was previously embedded into the digital asset, the secret pattern associated with the cryptographic public key and computes a first identification hash value using a hash function, the hash function receiving a parameter value derived from the secret pattern. The system then receives a second identification hash value and compares the first identification hash value to the second identification hash value. If the first and second identification hash values are identical, then the digital asset is determined to be authentic.

  • Patent number: 11893094
Abstract: The invention discloses a DNN watermarking method, comprising embedding part of the digital watermark in selected redundant elements of a deep neural network (DNN) model—without compromising the performance of the DNN. The proposed method aims for a robust watermark scheme by embedding a large watermark that can span the whole DNN model. If an adversary attempts to destroy the watermark, the whole DNN model will be destroyed. However, maximizing the hiding capacity can lead to degradation in the performance of the DNN model. In this work, this capacity-performance trade-off problem is solved using the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). Moreover, the DCT can work more efficiently with highly correlated data. Therefore, this work suggests segmenting the weights of the DNN model into correlated segments to fully exploit the advantages of the DCT.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for computer user authentication using machine learning. Authentication for a user is initiated based on an identification confidence score of the user. The identification confidence score is based on one or more characteristics of the user. Using a machine learning model for the user, user activity of the user is monitored for anomalous activity to generate first data. Based on the monitoring, differences between the first data and historical utilization data for the user determine whether the user's utilization of the one or more resources is anomalous. When the user's utilization of the one or more resource is anomalous, the user's access to the one or more resource is removed.
