Due to the longitudinal telescopic rods, sub-rods can be retracted into the sleeve pipes, so that the overall height of a headboard is reduced, the packaging size is reduced, and the transportation and package costs are reduced.

A fan disposed within the internal chamber between the first vent and the second vent may be configured to move air within the internal chamber from the first vent to the second vent.

When pulled taut, the strands provide a high tensile strength between the two opposed plastic strips.
