    Abstract: A spray gun and a detachable liquid reservoir releasably attached to the spray gun by engagement of mateable, non-threaded formations provided on the spray gun and the reservoir. The spray gun has an integral connector boss with a socket for reception of a connector tube of the reservoir. The boss has an external flange at the distal end and the reservoir has hook members separate from the connector tube. The hook members are co-operable with the flange when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In another arrangement, the connector tube is an interference friction-fit in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun. In yet another arrangement, the connector tube has bayonet lugs co-operable with bayonet grooves in the wall of the socket when the connector tube is received in the socket to secure releasably the reservoir to the spray gun.

    Abstract: A robotic tube bending machine is disclosed. The machine includes a tube feeding tray to load tubes. The pneumatic feed separator comprising two jaws to move in a reciprocating motion to separate each tube for sequential operation. The machine includes a robotic arm assembly in communication with a controller and includes a robotic arm and a pneumatic gripper and two gripper fingers to pick each tube from the tray by simultaneous movement of multiple axis of the robotic arm to reach a three-dimensional coordinate. The collision detection module to detect presence of the robotic arm across a non-intended area by measuring force of the robotic arm and deactivate the robotic arm upon detecting a condition of collision. The machine includes a bending die to clamp each tube and a pressure die to apply pressure on the bending die to bend each tube in intricate three dimensional shapes by rotating the tubes at predefined angles by maneuvering the robotic arm.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of neodymium-iron-boron preparation, in particular to a method for improving the coercivity of a neodymium-iron-boron magnet and a magnet prepared by the method. The method specifically includes: (S1) subjecting a heavy rare earth diffusion source powder, an organic adhesive, a spherical high temperature resistant ceramic powder and an organic solvent to mixing and stirring to prepare a heavy rare earth slurry; (S2) coating a surface of a neodymium-iron-boron magnet with the heavy rare earth slurry and drying the heavy rare earth slurry to form a heavy rare earth coating; and (S3) performing high-temperature diffusion and aging treatment. According to the method above, the heavy rare earth coating has high hardness and strength. In addition, the neodymium-iron-boron magnet has higher and more uniform properties after diffusion, and less heavy rare earth elements are consumed.
