An average hole diameter (d) of through-holes of the expanded beads is less than 1 mm. A ratio [d/D] of the average hole diameter (d) to an average outer diameter (D) of the expanded beads is 0.4 or less. An open cell content of the molded article of expanded beads is 2.5% or more and 12% or less.

Abstract: A porous polymer structure having a smooth surface and a porous structure embedded below the surface can be simply produced by using a hydrophobic substrate with a steam spraying process, and the porous polymer structure can exhibit very excellent low-adhesive property due to the smooth surface and the porous structure embedded below the surface. It is possible to realize excellent low-adhesive property even without using a surface modifier or a lubricant. Since the structure shows flexibility, it can even be attached to a curved surface, and can be usefully applied to various industries due to a possible adjustment of the surface characteristic.

Abstract: A improved method of additive manufacturing of a recycled granulate is provided. The method comprises providing a starting article. A shredder shreds the starting article to give a shredded product. A granulator shreds the shredded product to give a recycled granulate. The recycled granulate is fed into an additive manufacturing machine. The additive manufacturing machine prints a printed article using the recycled granulate. The method does not comprise a step of compounding the recycled granulate using a twin screw extruder. The starting article, the shredded product, and the recycle granulate each comprise a fiber reinforced polymer composite.

Abstract: A full recovery, recycling and regenerative method includes the polyester fibers being interwoven with elastic polyurethane fibers or elastic polyolefin fibers, or blended with regenerated cellulose fibers such as cotton, linen and viscose, by using titanium easily decomposed and recycled polyesters, and the complete separation of the fibers or blended fibers of the polyester fibers and the elastic fibers being achieved using the differences in chemical resistance and temperature resistance of various components. The polyester can be decomposed into small molecules under mild conditions of hydrolysis, alcoholysis and alkali hydrolysis. Under such mild conditions, the elastic polyurethane or elastic polyolefin fibers, or fibers such as the cotton, the linen, the viscose and nylon, are resistant to hydrolysis or alcohol, and will not decompose. The separation of the polyester fibers from other components is achieved. The other separated components are single loose components which can be recycled.
