Abstract: A fluid texturing device is provided for use with a beverage brewing apparatus. In one embodiment, the fluid texturing device includes a housing having a driveshaft and a steam injection tube disposed therein. The driveshaft has a whisk at the end thereof that is configured to rotate with the driveshaft, and the steam injection tube is configured to couple to a steam source and has an outlet for ejecting steam. The housing can be configured to couple to a beverage brewing apparatus to allow a motorized driver to cause rotation of the driveshaft about a longitudinal axis thereof, and to allow steam to be injected through the steam injection tube.

Abstract: Provided is cookware made from a bonded multi-layer blank assembly. The cookware has a first metal layer, a second metal layer having a cavity with a plurality of spaced-apart posts protruding from a bottom surface of the cavity, and a perforated graphite layer having a thickness of at least 0.010 in. (0.254 mm) and a plurality of spaced-apart holes formed therethrough. The perforated graphite layer is positioned within the cavity of the second metal layer such that the plurality of spaced-apart posts extend through the plurality of spaced-apart holes. The second metal layer is metallurgically bonded to the first metal layer at least via the plurality of spaced-apart posts. A method of making the bonded multi-layer composite cookware is also disclosed.

The heating and cooling beverage container includes a container body having at least one sidewall, an open upper end and a closed lower end. An inner wall is mounted within the container body and divides the container body into an upper portion and a lower portion. A thermoelectric heat pump is mounted in the lower portion of the container body. At least one battery and a controller are mounted within the lower portion of the container body. The at least one battery is in electrical communication with the thermoelectric heat pump through the controller, such that the controller can selectively switch polarity of the thermoelectric heat pump to selectively alternate between heating and cooling in the lower portion of the container body.

Abstract: An outdoor equipment cover is configured to be utilized with outdoor equipment having a metallic component, the outdoor equipment cover includes a cover body, a magnetic fastener, and a secondary fastener. The cover body presents an outer edge disposed along a bottom side and a cover void therein configured to receive the outdoor equipment therein. The magnetic fastener and the secondary fastener are each secured to the cover body. The magnetic fastener is configured to provide a magnetic force to keep the magnetic fastener selectively secured to the metallic component of the outdoor equipment so as to keep the cover body in place around the outdoor equipment therein. The secondary fastener is configured to reduce a cross-sectional area of the cover void so as to prevent the outdoor equipment cover from being removed from the outdoor equipment while the secondary fastener is emplaced.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are directed to automated preparation of food or consumable items, such as for preparation of fried foods. An example cooking apparatus may include processing devices for the consumable items. In some examples, a robot arm is provided that extends from a moveable base. Locators may define a relative position of the moveable base relative to processing device(s) of the cooking apparatus, such that the robot arm is configured to determine robot arm movements to move the consumable items to and from the processing device(s). In some examples, one or more zones may be used to detect movement near a robot arm, with one or more restrictions being placed upon robot arm and/or base movement in response. In some examples, a cooking apparatus provides automated transport of food ingredients for preparation of food or other consumable items.

Abstract: An herb cutter having interchangeable grates and matching blades that includes a top chamber for holding herbs before cutting, a bottom chamber for holding herbs after cutting, and a grate positioned between the chambers is disclosed. The grate has multiple slots, each with at least one sharp or serrated edge. A rotatable rod extends across the grate, with a crank and handle connected to it. Multiple blades are attached to the rod, fitting within the slots to cut the herbs when the handle, crank, and rod are rotated. The slots and blades have corresponding lengths. The grate is a circular plate, and each blade is serrated with a central hole fitted about the rod. The cutter also includes spacers separating the blades, a middle shell and a lower funnel retaining the grate, and a lid covering the top chamber. The grate and blades are interchangeable.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a foldable stirring cutter, to resolve technical problems that a fixed blade structure of a current stirring cutter is easy to be damaged in use by a lever force generated after collision with a stirred material, and is easy to be jammed by a large heterogeneous stirred material. The foldable stirring cutter includes a base having a cutter assembly rotationally disposed at a top. The cutter assembly includes a bearing component that is detachably disposed on an outer edge surface and a shaft. The bearing component includes a bearing plate and at least two extension plates that are fastened to an outer edge surface of the bearing plate in a ring-shaped equidistant array. Two sets of force-controlled cutter components that are movably connected to the extension plates are disposed on the bearing component.

Abstract: A silicone ergonomic cylinder is placed in the middle of food or cookware to create additional surface area, thus increasing the cooking of food evenly due to heat being dispersed effectively and consistently. Since there are no other products out there, this simple handheld device will aid any cook's duties to provide efficient and evenly cooked meals by reducing costs, improving heat conduction through the increased surface area by physically placing the heat-resistant object in the middle.

Abstract: Cooking certain types of foods on a grill or smoker, such as baby back or St. Louis ribs often results in breakage of the rib rack or damage to the bark. The most common method of using a spatula presents these issues when turning or removing the rack from the surface of the grill. This invention eliminates these issues. With cooking utensils such as a spatula, removal often damages the bark or crust that forms on the smoked meat. The surface area of the invention is sufficient to lift and transport a rack of ribs, and its beveled front edge enables the paddle to slide under the rack of ribs without collapsing or damaging the ribs or damaging the bark.

Abstract: A cutting board assembly for use in recreational vehicles. The cutting board assembly includes a metal tray and a board. The board is selectively mountable to the metal tray such that a bottom surface of the board faces a top surface of the metal tray. An area of the top surface of the metal tray is greater than an area of the bottom surface of the board. When the board is mounted to the metal tray and the cutting board assembly is positioned on a cooking appliance, the metal tray is positioned between the board and a heating element of the cooking appliance.

Abstract: A cutting board/slicer that can be operated with only one hand/arm for handicap or disabled use is disclosed. All parts of the newly designed cutting board system can be assembled and disassembled with the use of just one hand/arm. The cutting board base is designed to mount to a fixable desired working surface via suction system, magnetic latching, or silicone sticky pad which allows user to apply force from the food to the blade to perform cuts or grating function. Other cutting board systems must be held with one hand to secure the board so force can be applied to make cuts where this new system resolves this problem. Assembly and disassembly of existing cutting boards/slicers on the market require both arms and hands to complete this function with ease but the newly designed system allows handicap or disabled users to complete these functions with much greater ease.

Abstract: A dishwasher includes: a tub; a door configured to open or close the tub; and an automatic detergent dispenser disposed on the door and configured to discharge a solid detergent toward an inside of the tub. The automatic detergent dispenser includes a storage compartment to allow a plurality of solid detergents to be stacked and loaded therein in a stacking direction, an ejector configured to move one solid detergent among the plurality of solid detergents to an outside of the storage compartment thereby discharging the one solid detergent from the storage compartment, and a holder configured to be movable toward the plurality of solid detergents in a stacking direction of the plurality of solid detergents inside the storage compartment, to support the plurality of solid detergents to be maintained in the stacked state inside the storage compartment.
