Abstract: Frac pumps have liners for a suction manifold that is adapted to provide fluid to a plurality of intake ports of a multi-unit reciprocating pump. The liners comprise a compressible, resilient body. The compressible, resilient body is carried within the suction manifold. When installed in the suction manifold, the body defines a channel extending through the manifold that is adapted to convey fluid from an inlet of the suction manifold to the intake ports of the pump units. The cross-sectional area of the channel diminishes along the direction of flow through the channel.

Abstract: An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve and a manifold base. The electromagnetic valve includes a manual shaft. The manual shaft is configured to be manually operated to be switched between a first switching position, in which the manual shaft allows movement of the valve member relative to the valve hole, and a second switching position in which the manual shaft restricts movement of the valve member relative to the valve hole. The manual shaft includes a projection that is projected into and retracted from the valve hole. The valve member includes at least one recess in an outer surface of the valve member. The manual shaft is configured such that, in a state in which the manual shaft is located in the second switching position, the projection is projected into the valve hole and engaged with the recess, so as to restrict movement of the valve member.

Abstract: A double flow rate gas solenoid valve has an inlet and at least a first outlet in a housing. First and second solenoids are selectively operable relative to first and second valve seats to establish first and second gas flow paths, respectively. The second flow path has a restriction thereby resulting in a lower gas flow rate through the second flow path than the first flow path. When connected to a common inlet of a burner, at least two, if not three flow rates can be provided by the valve.

  • Patent number: 12066117
Abstract: Described is a check valve having a valve housing, a valve seat, a ball and a spherical loading element. The valve seat is disposed proximate to a first end of the bore. The ball is disposed in the bore and is movable between a closed position in which the ball is received against the valve seat and prevents a flow of fluid through the bore and an open position in which the ball is displaced from the valve seat and allows fluid to flow through the bore. The spherical loading element is disposed in the bore and is movable between the ball and the second end of the bore. The spherical loading element applies a supplemental force to move the ball against the valve seat during closing of the check valve. The check valve provides a low and predictable cracking pressure which does not vary significantly between similarly manufactured valves.

Abstract: A drain valve assembly includes a valve housing having an inlet port and an outlet port and a water collection chamber between the inlet port and the outlet port, and a poppet valve positioned in the water collection chamber and arranged to be normally sealingly positioned across the outlet port to prevent water exiting the water collection chamber to the outlet port. The poppet valve is attached to a pressure diaphragm across the water collection chamber such that when the pressure in the water collection chamber exceeds a predetermined opening pressure it causes the diaphragm to lift and to lift the poppet out of sealing engagement across the outlet port such that water can drain to the outlet port from the water collection chamber. The poppet valve has a hollow body defining a channel from a first end of the poppet valve.

Abstract: A superstructure is configured for use on a flow control, like a control valve. These configurations may have internal plumbing to carry fluid between parts of the valve. In one implementation, the plumbing connects a controller with an actuator to allow a pneumatic signal from the controller to pressurize the actuator. The internal plumbing forgoes the need for external pipes or tubes. This feature can simplify the assembly, as well as reduce the overall package size of the valve to avoid potential fit or interference issues at its location on a process line.
