Abstract: The disclosed system and method provide an artificial intelligence (AI) model trained using clustering and reinforcement learning. Data in a dataset can be loaded for de-identification, along with data scope answers. The data can be audited, and once audited, the audited data and the data scope answers can be provided to a strategy recommendation engine including the trained AI model. The engine can determine a cluster corresponding to the dataset and assesses strategies for data de-identification based on the determined cluster. The strategies can be ranked and provided as output, providing the ability to better de-identify the dataset by indicating which techniques will be the most effective. Additionally, the system and method can automatically implement a top-ranked strategy satisfying certain criteria as a determined optimal approach for data de-identification. Clustering and reinforcement learning may efficiently and automatically glean information from unlabeled data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for securely certifying products in an ecosystem. In some implementations, a digital platform receives a user request to access digital models. The digital platform determines whether the user is authorized to access the digital models. In response, the digital platform generates a transaction request to send to a location of the digital models, wherein the transaction request comprises data identifying operations to perform using the digital models. The digital platform transmits, to the location of the digital models, the generated transaction request that causes execution of the operations. The digital platform receives data representative of a result of the operations performed. The digital platform provides, to a user interface of the user device, the data representative of the result. The digital platform audits the data related to the transaction request and the data representative of the result.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for privacy-preserving image feature matching in computer vision applications, including receiving a raw image descriptor, and perturbing the raw image descriptor using a subset selection mechanism to generate a perturbed descriptor set that includes the raw image descriptor and additional descriptors. Each descriptor in the perturbed descriptor set is replaced with its nearest neighbor in a predefined descriptor database to reduce the output domain size of the subset selection mechanism. Local differential privacy (LDP) protocols are employed to further perturb the descriptor set, ensuring formal privacy guarantees, and the perturbed descriptor set is matched against a second set of descriptors for image feature matching.

Abstract: A method and a processing device are provided for predicting standpipe pressure. A Bayesian linear regressor is initialized. Priors for the Bayesian linear regressor are initialized based on previous drilling operations that used a same bottom hole assembly. Measurement data associated with drilling a well is received in real time. An online Bayesian linear regressor update is generated using QR decomposition for a model. Responsive to determining that at least some coefficients violate physical rules, the at least some of the coefficients are set to a respective default value that is either zero or a positive value. Coefficients and uncertainty are updated based on at least one of the online Bayesian linear regressor update and the setting of at least some of the coefficients. The model is then visualized. Visualization helps a user identify whether the learned model makes sense.

Abstract: A preliminary netlist comprising the photonic devices and location and rotation information for each of the photonic devices is extracted from the original layout design. In the extraction, each of the photonic devices is treated as a black box. A geometric pattern for the each of the photonic devices is then identified in a group of geometric patterns for each of the photonic devices based on physical properties of the each of the photonic devices specified in the circuit design. A new layout design is generated based on the identified geometric pattern for each of the photonic devices, the location and rotation information for each of the photonic devices, and the preliminary netlist. Geometric elements in each of the photonic devices in the new layout design are compared with corresponding geometric elements in the original layout design.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for simulation of a circuit design using a set of primary signals captured by a hardware emulation system. In preparation for simulation, the circuit design is divided into partitions that are substantially uniform in size. Sequential dependencies are then identified based on signals that cross partitions. The set of primary signals includes signals that, when provided as input to the simulation, break the sequential dependencies such that each partition can be simulated independently. Techniques for determining which signals to include in the set of primary signals are also disclosed. The hardware emulation system is configured to capture values of the primary signals as part of emulating the circuit design. Afterwards, the simulation is performed using the captured values. During the simulation, non-primary signals are reconstructed using values obtained from simulating each partition independently.
