Abstract: In a method of controlling a weed in a soil, an effective amount of a solid composition is applied on the soil. The solid composition includes fungal dormant sclerotium, a carbon source nutrient, and a nitrogen source nutrient. The solid composition is a dried solid composition. The solid composition may weed out target plants, including the burcucumber which is designated as an ecologically damaging plant and suppress soil-borne diseases like Sclerotinia dollar spot disease. By using the solid composition, burcucumber and Sclerotinia dollar spot disease can effectively be controlled, and it is possible to make significant gains in solving problems with biological products containing microorganisms in stages of production, storage, distribution, and usage process.

Abstract: Inert silica dioxide solution that produces an antimicrobial effect by forming a crystalline-like barrier that remains on the treated surface and acts as a pesticide device that inhibits bacteria and viruses from attaching. When applied to a solid surface and allowed to dry, a 4-6 nm crystalline-like layer of SiO2 bonds covalently to the base substrate. Direct binding occurs via the action of covalent bonding in which the silicon oxide layers with very high bond energy form surface and subsurface absorption layers followed by terminating desired bonding groups on out-most bonding surfaces and which can be polymerized into covalent bonds. These bonds are essentially permanent and can cover a large area as they disperse across the face of the targeted surface. The protective SiO2 crystalline-like layer has an increased resistance to moisture and the formed protective surface layer does not wash off once covalently bonded to a surface.

Abstract: An aerosol provision system (1) for generating an aerosol. The aerosol provision system comprises a first reservoir (31) for storing a first aerosol-generating material, wherein the aerosol provision system (1) is configured to generate a first aerosol using the first aerosol-generating material. The aerosol provision system (1) also comprises a second reservoir (101) for storing an active substance, or second aerosol-generating material such that the aerosol provision system (1) is configured to generate a second aerosol using the second aerosol-generating material. In this way, the first aerosol may be generated in a way which then allows the second aerosol, or active substance, to then be either added to, mixed with, and/or supplied alongside the first aerosol in a way which allows the user to effectively customise to what extent this first aerosol, which is delivered to the user, is supplemented with the second aerosol/active substance.
