Publication number: 20250228343Abstract: A carrying bag for transporting biomaterials can comprise a plurality of pockets. Each of the plurality of pockets can be coupled to an adjacent of the plurality of pockets. Based on a configuration of the plurality of pockets, an interstitial void of flexible dimension can be disposed between adjacent pockets in the plurality of pockets. The interstitial void of flexible dimension can facilitate an open configuration that allows an opening for each pocket to converge into a respective cavity of that pocket.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2025Publication date: July 17, 2025Applicant: Cryoport, Inc.Inventors: Mike Dybicz, Bobby Onel, Brittany Roberts, Steffen Smith

Publication number: 20250228345Abstract: A hair styling apparatus for styling a tress of hair. The apparatus includes a barrel having a circumferential surface about which a tress of hair can be wrapped in use, a steam generator for generating steam and one or more steam outlets in fluid communication with the steam generator for receipt of steam therefrom. The one or more steam outlets are arranged to discharge steam onto a tress of hair when wrapped about the circumferential surface. The apparatus further includes an air mover for moving an airflow through the apparatus and one or more airflow outlets in fluid communication with the air mover for receipt of an airflow therefrom. The one or more airflow outlets are arranged to discharge air in a direction along the barrel so as to provide a barrier to the passage of the discharged steam.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 21, 2023Publication date: July 17, 2025Inventors: Georgia Kate Berry HOWES, John Fleming MACFADYEN, Jacob Mark PARMENTER, Robert Lawrence TWEEDIE

Publication number: 20250228346Abstract: A shaft, apparatus, and method for threading a beader tool with hair beads are disclosed. In one embodiment of the apparatus, multiple silos form an array with each silo being sized to allow the passage of a beader tool while preventing hair beads from escaping. The interior of each silo is tailored to accommodate a stack of hair beads, with the height of the silos being sufficient to house at least the shaft of the beader tool. A support structure secures the array of silos in an upward orientation. This support structure takes the form of a box, which defines a chamber beneath the array of silos. The chamber is designed with a height that can accommodate at least a loop of the beader tool and includes a drawer for additional utility. This apparatus presents a practical and innovative solution for simplifying the process of threading hair beads.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 18, 2025Publication date: July 17, 2025Inventors: Kia-Shun Voltz, Carolyn Manson
