Patent number: 11832395Abstract: A method is disclosed for applying an electrical conductor to an electrically insulating substrate, which comprises providing a flexible membrane with a pattern of groove formed on a first surface thereof, and loading the grooves with a composition comprising conductive particles. The composition is, or may be made, electrically conductive. Once the membrane is loaded, the grooved first surface of the membrane is brought into contact with a front or/and back of the substrate. A pressure is then applied between the substrate and the membrane(s) so that the composition loaded to the grooves adheres to the substrate. The membrane(s) and the substrate are separated and the composition in the groove is left on the surface of the electrically insulating substrate. The electrically conductive particles in the composition are then sintered to form a pattern of electrical conductors on the substrate, the pattern corresponding to the pattern formed in the membrane(s).Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2020Date of Patent: November 28, 2023Assignee: Landa Labs (2012) LTD.Inventors: Benzion Landa, Naomi Elfassy, Stanislav Thygelbaum

Publication number: 20140238253Abstract: The invention refers to a flexographic printing process with wet on wet capability based on controlled polymer or polymer segment precipitation that leads to gel formation of ink compounds by controlling the solubility parameter of the ink system. The mechanism to obtain a desirable wet on wet color trapping is the formation and/or presence of a gel in the applied ink film due to a controlled physicochemical mechanism of resin precipitation. This is accomplished either by controlling a change in the Hansen Solubility Parameter of the liquid in the ink through evaporation of some or all of a non-reactive and volatile solvent, or alternatively by use of a polymer comprised of two distinct and separate segments one of which is soluble in the monomer/oligomer mix and the other of which is not.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 27, 2014Publication date: August 28, 2014Applicant: TECHNOSOLUTIONS ASSESSORIA LTDAInventors: Valter Marques Baptista, Wilson Andrade Paduan

Publication number: 20130167741Abstract: A method for decorative patterning on the handbag sheet has developed, the method comprising that; applying a paint (200) on an outer circumference of a forming roller (100) with a printing shape (120) formed a plurality of semi-spherical intaglios thereon for introducing the paint into the semi-spherical intaglios (110); passing a handbag sheet (10) made of a fabric or leather between a pressing roller (20) and the forming roller (100); and drying and hardening the paint on the handbag sheet to form a stereoscopic surface pattern (11) combined with protruded embossing on the surface of the handbag sheet. The present method can print the Patterns on the fabric sequentially without cutting by adopting a printing roller with semi-spherical intaglio patterns. Thus, the present method can improve the product and simplify the work process for reducing the hardening time of the printed paint.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 10, 2012Publication date: July 4, 2013Inventor: Bok Jin Sa

Patent number: 8418355Abstract: A method for forming transcriptional circuits and a method for manufacturing a circuit board are disclosed. A method of forming a transcriptional circuit, which includes forming an intaglio pattern corresponding to a circuit pattern by selectively forming a resist on a mold board, filling conductive material in the intaglio pattern, and transferring the conductive material onto a carrier by pressing the carrier onto the mold board such that the carrier faces the surface of the mold board having the conductive material filled in, makes it possible to form transcriptional circuits that can be transcribed into an insulation board using existing equipment, whereby costs can be reduced.Type: GrantFiled: October 19, 2007Date of Patent: April 16, 2013Assignee: Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Sang-Duck Kim, Jung-Hyun Park, Hoe-Ku Jung, Jong-Gyu Choi, Ji-Eun Kim, Jeong-Woo Park
