    Abstract: A filter for reducing radiated emissions in switching power converters such as a motor drive is disclosed. The switching power converter modulates a DC voltage input to generate a desired AC voltage output. Capacitors are connected in parallel between each output phase and a common connection, which may be a ground connection. The magnitude and layout of the capacitors are selected to minimize current conducted by the capacitors. The capacitors may be surface mount technology located proximate to the switching devices or the capacitors may be incorporated in the circuit board on which the switching devices are mounted. The filter may be applied to any of the switching elements in a motor drive, such as the inverter section, an active rectifier section, or a switched mode power supply.

The conductive elements (101, 102) may be in form of metal brush (101, 102). The cover (100) is formed with a slanted surface so that the angle between the chassis (110) and the conducting elements (101, 102) does not exceed 7 degree and is further provided with guide members (106, 107). Such guide members (106, 107) restrict the lateral displacements of the conductive elements (101, 102). Moreover, the cover (100) may be integrally formed with the chassis (110), or may be provided with fastening means (103, 104) for attached removably to the chassis (110).

Once parked, the vehicle is handled by automatic steering which automatically actuates at least the control of the path thereof and steers in the reverse direction until the vehicle is positioned within the station. The method includes carrying out the loading or unloading of the container, and steering the vehicle manually or automatically in the forward direction until positioned within the waiting area before giving up the automatic steering so that the driver can manually move the vehicle in the forward direction outside the waiting area.

In the region of a curved element (12), the rail (6) has an elevation, with result that there is an increase there in the propulsion force which can be transmitted by a friction wheel (8) of the friction drive (7). An introduction aid (11) allows the guide roller (9) to be aligned without difficulty in relation to the rail (6). The industrial truck (1), rather than being bound to fixed cyclic operation by its friction drive (7), can be specifically accelerated or decelerated. In the event of malfunctioning of the industrial truck (1), the latter can easily be moved manually.
