Abstract: Foldable storage compartment having front and rear panels that are traversable closer to or further away from each other is disclosed. Left and right side collapsible panels may be attached to the front and rear panels. The shelves of the foldable storage compartment may be interlinked with each other by way of a vertical linkage rod and connected to the front panel with a front panel linkage so that traversal of the front and rear panels closer to or further away from each other will also collapse and erect the shelves simultaneously.

Abstract: A foldable shelving unit, its components, and a method for deploying and compacting same are described herein. The shelving unit includes first and second supports which are typically panels, and which help to support against the loads generated by the objects being stored. The shelving unit also includes shelf(ves) which has(ve) one pivotally engaged end, and one free end. The shelving unit also includes connecting members (e.g. arms) which connect the shelf(ves) to the supports, and allow the shelf(ves) to pivot about the supports. The shelving unit operates between a deployed position, where the shelf(ves) extends between the supports so as to support objects, and a compacted position, where the shelf(ves) is(are) rotated so as to bring the supports close to one another, thereby compacting the shelving unit. A corresponding method for deploying and compacting such a shelving unit is also described.

Abstract: To provide a usable workspace for use at tradeshows, conventions and similar events, a collapsible transaction table is uniquely designed to provide transportability and flexibility regarding its setup. In its collapsed condition, the transaction table itself is contained and thereby easily transportable. In its expanded condition, components are provided to provide a usable transaction table which preferably sits at a countertop height but with which also may be modified to further extend into a countertop configuration. To achieve the counter top configuration, a pair of transaction tables are coupled with one another utilizing specifically configured bridging elements to thus create a stable and usable countertop. The transaction tables themselves include a collapsible base unit and tabletop elements which are removably attachable to the base units in an interlocking manner to provide additional stability.

Abstract: A foldable table frame includes a rectangular tabletop unit and a leg unit. The tabletop unit includes U-shaped front and rear frame members pivoted to each other so as to be foldable toward and unfoldable from each other. The leg unit includes two X-shaped leg frame portions, each including first and second leg members pivoted to each other and having upper ends pivoted respectively to the front and rear frame members. The leg members are movable together with the front and rear frame members when the front and rear frame members are moved pivotally relative to each other. The leg members are folded toward each other, and extend into recesses formed in bottom sides of the front and rear frame members when the tabletop unit is folded.

Abstract: An elevationally adjustable folding stage folds between a use position wherein the panels are substantially planar, to a storage position wherein the panels face one another. Support legs are guided into a proper folding position by a guide plate having a surface angling relative to both the vertical and horizontal axis that provides for moving the leg into a fully extended position. A spacer assembly is utilized which includes a spreader member and a spacer member having tabs engaging the interior of an outer telescoping member. The spacer members provide better alignment and less wobble between the inner and outer members of the telescoping leg assembly.

Abstract: A folding stage (20) includes a folding framework (22) supporting stage decks (24). The stage is supported on a caster frame (38) including casters (26) for moving the stage from location to location in a folded position. Inner legs (32) and outer legs (34) support the stage in the unfolded position and fold against decks (24) in the storage position. A folding linkage (30) directs and controls folding between a use position and a folded storage position.
