The telescoping rail and clamping system includes a tray with one or more features for holding one or more food, beverage, and/or payment items; at least one telescoping rail member coupled to the tray, the at least one telescoping rail member configured to enable the tray to be displaced a variable distance into and out of an opening of a food, beverage, or payment service window; and a base coupled to the at least one telescoping rail member, the base including a clamping device configured to attach the base to one or more building elements proximate to the food, beverage, or payment service window.

Abstract: A table tennis apparatus including a table top made out of a fiberglass reinforced structural material (FRSM). The table tennis apparatus includes a pair of tables. Each table includes a table top having a three-layered composite panel made up of FRSM. The table top receives aluminum plates at its sides. Further, the table top receives mounting brackets at its bottom surface. The mounting brackets include male members that extend perpendicularly to the mounting brackets and fold over the mounting brackets. The table top rests at a height from the ground and allows its top surface to act as a playing surface for playing table tennis.

Straps coupled to the seat can be coupled together to secure said seat. The stand can be comprising members that rotate into a single member to be housed. The tray can be folded outward from the stand and used to support objects. A hinged member, and a member, which is coupled to the hinged member, that smartphones and tablets can be coupled to, can be set to make a zero-degree angle with a middle member or rotated 180-degrees and set. The base attachment can be coupled to a plurality of objects in which can result in stabilizing the stand and the tray.

Abstract: An air sampling device samples air in a controlled environment. The device includes a housing body having a top and a side. An opening is located at the top of the housing body. A retaining assembly retains a sampling device and atrium. The retaining assembly is located at the top of the housing body about the opening. A plenum has a top end and a bottom end, with the top end coupled to the top of the housing body about the opening so that the plenum is in flow communication with the opening. A mass flow meter has an input and an output, with the input coupled to the bottom end of the plenum and in flow communication with the bottom end of the plenum. A blower is located inside the plenum and is configured to draw air past the sampling device, through the opening, through the plenum, and through the mass flow meter. The mass flow meter detects a flow rate of air through the mass flow meter.

Abstract: A number of patient beds are disclosed. Some patient beds have siderails that are movable by a patient so that the patient can egress from the bed without interference from the siderails. Various caregiver control panels and patient control panels for controlling features and functions of a patient bed are also disclosed. For example, a cart with caregiver control inputs, including hand inputs on a graphical user interface (GUI) and foot inputs, is disclosed. Patient positioning and transfer devices are also disclosed. Various types of in-bed physical therapy devices are also disclosed.

Abstract: A mechanism and method for securing a removable tray to a walker frame. The mechanism comprises a removable spacer wherein the spacer is adapted to frictionally engage the walker tray with a walker handle. The method of attaching the removable walker tray to the walker frame comprises securing a first spacer to a first cutout in the walker tray; securing a second spacer to a second cutout in the walker tray; inserting a first walker handle into the first cutout in the tray; inserting a second walker handle into the second cutout in the tray; and where upon inserting the walker handles into the cutouts, the tray is positioned on top of the walker frame and the tray secured in a substantially level position on the walker frame by frictional engagement of the spacer between the tray and the walker handles.

Abstract: A wall mounted headboard capable of storing and deploying a spring loaded table. The apparatus is comprised of a headboard pivotally connected to a first table section and assisted by a plurality of gas springs. The first table section is pivotally hinged to a second table section. The hinges between the table sections are hidden thus the table surface is free from anything disturbing a smooth surface. The weight of the second table section is offset by a plurality of torsion spring assemblies. The torsion spring assemblies are comprised of a torsion spring slidingly engaged in brackets mounted to each table section. The torsion spring assemblies allow a single user to move the second table section easily with minimal effort whether deploying or storing the table. The operation of storing or deploying the table can be performed from either side of the bed without walking around to the opposite side.

An upstand (28) carries a horizontal shelf (30) extending partly over the top (22) and both the top (22) and the shelf (30) are directed towards the proximal side of the cabinet, having raised lips (32) and (34) respectively around their distal edges and their ends. The cabinet lacks dirt traps and is easily cleaned. In addition the drawers (12) and (14) are reversible so as to open forwards whether the cabinet is on the right-hand side or the left-hand side of a bed.

Abstract: An accessory storage system used with a mattress unit and a box springs unit. The system has a mounting member with a generally planar bed securing member and a generally planar storage securing member. The system has a storage member with a large storage cavity and a small storage cavity. The small storage cavity is located on the large storage cavity. For use, the mounting member is pivoted fully open to about a ninety degree angle. The bed securing member is fully inserted in between a mattress unit bottom surface and a box springs unit top surface. The back surface of the storage securing member is located flush against the mattress unit. The first large storage cavity side is located flush against the front surface of the storage securing member and held securely into place via the securing slots and the securing extensions.

Abstract: A platform assembly is suitable for insertion and retention between a lower furniture support, such a boxspring of a bed, and an upper furniture support, such as a mattress of a bed. The platform assembly has a housing and a platform provided with foldable legs. When withdrawn from the housing with the legs in the unfolded position and resting on the floor, the platform is able to support a load, such as blankets, pillows, suitcases and the like, and even a pet or small child.

Abstract: A patient support device for use in patients undergoing spinal or epidural procedures while seated on a standard labor and delivery, operating room or other table or bed is described. An exemplary embodiment of the device includes an upper body support tray and a foot support tray which are independently adjustable along the length of an extendable pole assembly. The pole also connects to a base which provides a stable support and slides under the bulky support bases which are a part of modern hospital beds used in labor and delivery and operating rooms.

Abstract: An item support apparatus, such as an overbed table, for example, includes a support surface assembly, a base assembly, and a vertical column coupled to each of the support surface and base assemblies. A side assembly is coupled to the base assembly and configured to remain stationary while the support surface assembly moves upwardly and downwardly relative to the base assembly. The overbed table may further include a hand sanitizer container coupled with the support surface assembly and configured to receive a removable hand sanitizer container unit. The base assembly may include weight-activated casters. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

A connection assembly attachable to a first crib rail of a crib is pivotally and slidably connected to the rails allowing the connection assembly to be slid between the proximate end and the distal end of the body of the change table. To use the change table, the connection assembly is connected to a crib rail on a first side of a crib and the proximate end positioned adjacent the connection assembly with the distal end resting on a crib rail on a second side of the crib. To store the change table, the distal end is positioned adjacent the connection assembly and then the body is pivoted to lie against the first side of the crib.

Abstract: The ceiling fan display comprises a stand having a vertical support with a horizontal support base extending from the bottom of the vertical support, and a horizontal support arm extending from the top of the vertical support.
