Abstract: A platform includes a top deck with spaced apart platform support leg openings extending therethrough, and platform support legs extending from a lower surface of the top deck and aligned with the platform support leg openings. Each platform support leg includes an upper portion and a lower portion, with the upper portion having an opening extending therethrough and aligned with a respective one of the platform support leg openings in the top deck. The lower portion includes a shelf that separates the opening in the upper portion from the lower portion. The shelf provides support to a bottom surface of a platform support leg from an identical platform when stacked thereon. A pair of extensions extend outwards from a bottom surface of the lower portion, with the opening in the upper portion providing clearance for the pair of extensions on the platform support leg of the identical platform when stacked thereon.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a device for transporting waste or recyclable material. An example device may include a base and a collapsible sleeve, wherein the collapsible sleeve is movable between an open state and a collapsed state. The collapsible sleeve is structured to interface, in the open state, with the base to form a bin for receiving and transporting waste or recyclable material. The example device may further include an RFID as part of the base or the collapsible sleeve.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pallet, comprising first plywood, and foot piers fixedly arranged at a bottom side of the first plywood. The first plywood comprises a first batten layer and a second batten layer, wherein the first batten layer and the second batten layer are alternately arranged in a stacked manner, the first batten layer comprises several first battens arranged at intervals and along a first direction, and the second batten layer comprises several second battens arranged at intervals and along a second direction. The pallet not only has guaranteed strength but also has a relatively light weight.

Abstract: A single deck pallet comprising a deck having a top for supporting a load and a bottom, at least four sides, the at least four sides comprising a first pair of opposed sides and a second pair of opposed sides. A plurality of intermediate spaced apart beams of the deck extending between at least a first pair of opposed sides. A plurality of distributed primary props dependent from the deck and projecting below the bottom of the deck to aid in supporting the pallet on a surface. Preferably the primary props are horizontally spaced apart from each other and from said at least one beam so as to allow a tine of a forklift to pass in a linear direction parallel to the at least one beam between adjacent primary props to reach at least partially under and bear on the bottom of the deck and bear on the beam.

Abstract: An equal-fork pallet comprising a pallet body is provided. The pallet body is provided with a stand structure and a reinforcing structure, the reinforcing structure is a reinforcing rib embodied by a groove structure pressed on the surface of the pallet body, and the reinforcing rib comprises a connection type reinforcing rib and a semi-partition type reinforcing rib, the stand structure comprises a corner stand, an edge stand and a center stand, and neither end of the partition type reinforcing rib is connected to the stand. The equal-fork pallet has a reasonable structural design and strong pressure bearing capacity, with targeted layout and design of the reinforcing rib centralized position and stress concentration position such as stand. The pallet can overcome the problems of low local compressive strength and proneness to produce stress fracture and local cracking.

The pallet includes four middle angular member junctions located between the rectangular inner perimeter frame and the rectangular outer perimeter frame and eight ski-shaped feet mounted to the side elements of the inner perimeter frame and to the side bars of the outer perimeter frame. Each of the corner angular member junctions and the middle angular member junctions has an upward-extending flange. The ski-shaped feet and the upward-extending flanges are arranged such that when two reusable metal pallets are stacked, the ski-shaped feet of an upper pallet nests and the upward-extending flanges partially cover an outer surface of the outer peripheral frame of the upper pallet.

Abstract: An anti-sagging device, configured to conform with a lightweight pellet, is described. Details of assemblies of a lightweight pellet and the novel anti-sagging devices are further described. An assembly of a lightweight pellet and the novel anti-sagging devices is characterized by superior structural firmness, so that upon placing the assembly onto two side-beams of a racking or shelving structure, the assembly effectively does not sag remains essentially planar or linear.

Abstract: A portable golf practice swing surface is provided. The portable golf practice swing surface has a base for receiving a segment of real sod. A securing strip secures the sod to the base, for example, along three of the exterior edges of the top of the sod. A plurality of securing devices, such as screws, then secure the securing strip to the base, therein locking the sod to the base. In an embodiment the securing strip has a plurality of teeth for better gripping the sod. The device allows a user to practice a golf swing on real grass and further allows the grass to be changed for fresh grass once worn. A rotatable handle may be provided which allows for the easy movement of the portable golf practice swing surface.

Abstract: A mounting pad system for securing equipment, such as an HVAC outdoor unit or a standby generator, is provided in the form of a lightweight fillable pad member having a plurality of receivers located on a top surface of the pad member. The receivers are associated with attachment points located on the equipment and are used to secure the equipment to the pad. The pad member contains a filling port on its top surface and is configured as a molded hollow shell containing a gelling material which, when mixed with water, provides support to reduce deflection of the pad member caused by the equipment secured to the pad, prevents damage to the pad that would otherwise be caused by the expansion of internal contents upon freezing and prevents leakage of internal contents of the fillable pad in the event of an unintended breach in the hollow shell. The pad member is provided with at least one through-hole that acts as a supporting structure.

Abstract: A nestable pallet having three rows of feet extending downward from a support surface is provided. In one aspect, the outer rows of feet are attached by runners at a bottom portion of each foot and the middle row of feet does not include runners. The support surface includes openings to accommodate the outer rows of feet with runners, and the middle row of feet of a like pallet. The absence of runners in the middle row and a corresponding larger opening, allows for greater support area in that portion of the pallet. The pallet can also include reinforcements extending perpendicular to the runners.

The device fits onto the top of one container and provides receptacles that receive and stabilize the legs of an upper pallet that is part of another container.

Abstract: A reconfigurable pallet/dolly platform includes a top deck that includes a product support surface and an opposing underside. The underside includes pallet support leg attachment areas for receiving pallet support legs when configured as a pallet, and dolly wheel attachment areas for receiving dolly wheels when configured as a dolly. The product support surface includes pallet support leg receiving areas aligned with the pallet support leg attachment areas and configured to engage the pallet support legs from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a pallet. The product support surface also includes dolly wheel receiving areas aligned with the dolly wheel wells and configured to engage the dolly wheels from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a dolly.

Abstract: A plastic tote style container having a first handle connected to an upper portion of a first end wall and a second handle connected to an upper portion of a second side wall is provided. The first and second handles are sized and positioned to form openings between the handles and the end walls that can accept a single tine of a fork truck or other similar device. This allows for carrying heavier loads in the tote style container.

Abstract: A container catching system, which is sea proof, includes a frame with a base on which a container is to be positioned, hinge pins secured to the frame above the base, and arms situated around the base, each arm having an abovementioned hinge pin. Arm portions situated above the hinge pin contact, in the unfolded state, a container to be lowered to guide the container towards the base, and arm portions situated below the hinge pin move outwards when they contact the container, thereby causing at least the top arm to engage the container.

Abstract: A pallet has a rectangular pallet deck with a generally planar upper surface, and a plurality of pallet feet connected by shear members at the four corners. The pallet has an open bottom with a clear span between the pallet feet to allow multiple pallets to be nested together. The pallet feet each have an L-shaped cross section. Holes are formed in the pallet deck to accommodate pallet feet of other pallets when the pallets are nested together. In one embodiment, pallets are nested together by offsetting the pallets in a longitudinal direction. In another embodiment, pallets are nested together by rotating the pallets a quarter turn relative to each other. A metal reinforcement frame is provided inside a plastic exterior to provide increased strength and reduced deflection.

The pallet may also include cross runners of similar construction for additional strength. The pallet's construction allows the pallet to be made of plastic material, perhaps molded, providing lighter weight and longer durability than its wooden cousins.

Abstract: A modular abrasive particle blasting system comprises an abrasive blast assembly including at least one blast vessel for delivering blast particles to an abrasive blasting system. The abrasive blast assembly is mounted within a first skid. An abrasive recycling assembly includes at least one vacuum hopper for receiving grit retrieved from an abrasive blasting process. The abrasive recycling assembly is mounted within a second skid. The first and second skids comprise mounting members at a top section and a bottom section of each of the first and second skids to permit mounting of the first and second skids in alternate stacked arrangements whereby the first skid is selective mounted above and below the second skid. The same skid principal may be used to provide a variety of skids, including blast skid, vacuum skid, recycle skid, storage skid, air dryer skid, dust collector skid and or dehumidification skid.

Abstract: An inventory system includes a pallet and a base for palletizing or unpalletizing a mobile drive unit. The pallet has a set of openings corresponding with features of the mobile drive unit. The mobile drive unit features may extend into the pallet openings. The base includes protrusions corresponding to the pallet openings. Engaging the pallet and base can position the base protrusions in the pallet openings. Positioning the base protrusions in the pallet openings can displace the mobile drive unit features from the pallet openings and/or provide a surface upon which the mobile drive unit can navigate.

Abstract: To provide a box pallet side wall that is excellent in beauty and is easily cleaned as well compared to a conventional box pallet side wall, and in which weight saving and high strengthening is possible compared to the conventional one. This box pallet side wall forms a hollow structure having an enclosed space therein. Thus, compared to a conventional box pallet side wall having a solid structure, when the box pallet side wall and the conventional one have the same weight, the geometrical moment of inertia of the box pallet side wall is increased. Since cell configuration ribs for reinforcing an outer main plate and an inner main plate are housed in the box pallet side wall and not exposed outside, irregularity on an outer surface of the box pallet side wall can be decreased compared to the conventional one.

Abstract: A nestable pallet includes a first frame, at least one corner foot extending away from the frame, and at least one off-set corner foot extending away from the frame. The at least one corner foot being complementary with the at least one off-set corner foot, such that the pallet is nestable with a substantially identical pallet in a first nesting configuration and a second nesting configuration. In a preferred embodiment, the first frame includes a structural sheet fixed to the frame.

Abstract: The present invention provides a top frame made from a thermoset foam material. The top frame includes a pair of substantially parallel sides and a pair of substantially parallel ends connected to the sides to form a generally rectangular frame structure. The frame structure has an inner layer and outer surface defining a thickness. The thermoset foam material varies in density along the frame structure thickness such that the density of the thermoset foam material is greatest near the frame structure outer surface to form a hard outer shell.

In this manner, a plurality of smaller pallets can be handled as a single standard size pallet, including being stacked in a pallet rack.
