Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a houseboat assembly formed from a cabin assembly secured to a hull assembly. In some version of the houseboat assembly, the hull assembly may include a runoff flange. The runoff flange may include an inner flange, an outer flange, and a riser extending between the inner flange and the outer flange. The outer flange may extend along an imaginary longitudinal outer flange axis and the riser may extend along an imaginary longitudinal riser axis whereby the riser axis intersects the outer flange axis at an angle. In some versions of the houseboat assembly, the angle is an acute angle. More specifically, the angle may be between thirty and sixty degrees. In some versions of the houseboat assembly, the cabin assembly is secured to the inner flange of the runoff flange. Cross-members and deck boards may be secured to a roof of the cabin assembly.
Abstract: An occupant support system includes a first vehicle seat and a second vehicle seat. The second vehicle seat is spaced apart from the first vehicle seat.
Abstract: A seating furniture includes a seat with a seat surface, a pedestal and a tilt mechanism. The tilt mechanism is disposed between the pedestal and the seat and permits an inclination of the seat surface of the seat relative to the horizontal. In addition, the tilt mechanism has a lower bearing block mounted to the pedestal, and an upper bearing block fixedly connected to the seat. The lower bearing block has a convexly curved lower bearing surface on its upper side facing the upper bearing block, and the upper bearing block has a concavely curved upper bearing surface on its lower side facing the lower bearing block. The lower and upper bearing surfaces have substantially corresponding radii of curvature, so that the upper bearing block can be moved relative to the lower bearing block along the upper bearing surface. A tilt mechanism for seating furniture is also provided.

Abstract: Foldable seating assemblies are disclosed. The seating assemblies are configured to be mounted on a vertical surface, and to be stowed in an unobtrusive manner when not in use.
Abstract: A rod connection system includes a first structural member having an angled pin connector integrally formed at an end portion of the first structural member with angled pins being spaced apart from and protruding parallel to an end face of the first structural member. The rod connection system further includes a second structural member having an angled socket connector integrally formed at an end portion of the second structural member with angled tubes as sockets for the angled pins of the first structural member. The angled tubes are spaced apart from and protruding parallel to an end face of the second structural member.
Abstract: A storage assembly comprising a slideable upper drawer unit and a lower drawer unit disposed in a housing. The upper drawer unit includes a slideable workstation and one or more primary drawers disposed beneath the workstation. A work panel is hingeably attached to a top surface of the workstation whereby the work panel is operable between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, the work panel covers and conceals at least a portion of the top surface of the workstation, and in the open position the work panel is perpendicular to the top surface of the workstation. The work panel is received in a rear slot of the workstation when it is in the open position. The workstation may include features such as a sink and a cook top. The housing may be received in a seat casing, console, or bench on the boat.

Abstract: An adjustable adapter assembly secures a framework/console to an anchoring fixture. A housing member connected to the framework has two pairs of parallel walls having laterally aligned elongate first slots and laterally aligned elongate second slots, respectively. A clasping mechanism inside the housing member has a shank portion and finger members. First and second threaded orthogonal bores laterally extend through the shank portion, a first threaded bolt extends through the first slots and first threaded bore, and a second threaded bolt extends through the second slots and second threaded bore. Rotating the first and second bolts laterally displaces the clasping mechanism to align the finger members with part of an anchoring fixture on the deck for engagement by the finger members when a locking ring is appropriately displaced. Several assemblies secured to the framework can be adjusted to interconnect with permanently mounted anchoring fixtures in the deck.

Abstract: A system for optimal space utilization by using at least one raisable and lowerable berth. The at least one berth can be raised to a storage or day position and lowered to a service or night position by a driving motor operatively connected to the berth. The position of the berth is essentially horizontal in the storage as well as the service position. The berth is provided with guiding bodies for movable engagement along essentially vertical guide rails fastened adjacent to limiting walls of the compartment in question. The guide rails can also be a part of the bearing structure of the compartment. Below the berth there are arranged at least one permanently mounted, pivotable chair capable of being stowed and/or put down in a position to free the necessary space for lowering the berth to the night position.
Abstract: A marine vehicle comprising a hull, and a convertible dinette/sleeper apparatus including a base supported by the hull and including a generally horizontal upper surface having therein a recess, a table portion having a generally planar upper surface, and means supporting the table portion for movement between a first position wherein the table portion is located above the recess and the upper surface of the table portion extends generally horizontally and is spaced above the upper surface of the base, and a second position wherein the table portion is located in the recess and the upper surface of the table portion is substantially coplanar with the upper surface of the base.
Abstract: There is disclosed a cushioned platform for filling in the gap in a V-berth platform in the bow of a boat or the like, and an apparatus for raising and lowering the platform between seating and sleeping positions.
Abstract: A removable deck platform is attached to the stern transom of a boat for extending the effective deck space of the boat rearwardly. Hinges are used to removably attach the deck platform to the transom. Triangular support braces attached to the bottom of the deck platform extend downwardly from the platform and rest against the transom when the platform is in place. A railing extends upwardly around the outer periphery of the platform, and the effective useful length of the boat is enhanced by attaching two rearwardly facing swivel chairs to the upper edge of the stern of the boat.
