Abstract: A well curb device and a method for controlling the same. The well curb device includes: a well curb, a well cover sensor, a light sensing component and an audible alertor. The well curb includes a placing portion for placing a well cover. The well cover sensor is disposed on the well curb, and is configured to detect whether a well cover is placed in the placing portion. The light sensing component is configured to trigger the audible alertor to issue an audio alarm of a specified decibel, when detecting that the light intensity around the well curb is greater than the specified value, thereby improving the safety of the well curb device.
Abstract: This invention relates to an adaptable hunting blind made of an annular ring with a connector, wherein the annular ring has a camouflage portion extending downwardly from the annular ring. The adaptable hunting blind includes a plurality of telescoping tubes each of the telescoping tubes made of a pole assembly having a plurality of connected hollow pole sections. Each of the plurality of connected hollow pole sections is made of a proximal pole section and at least one distal pole section. Each of the plurality of connected hollow pole sections also includes a solid substantially cylindrical section having a proximal end and a distal end. The solid substantially cylindrical section proximal end is fixedly positioned within the pole assembly, while the solid substantially cylindrical section distal end is tapered and is configured to project from the distal end of the pole assembly.
Abstract: There is disclosed an antitheft security alarm system and method for manhole covers, rainwater drains, and the like, to prevent burglary of the cover by transmitting a wireless alarm signal to a remote station when the cap is removed to notify a dispatch center or other notification message recipient of the burglary incident and location. The security apparatus may be an integrated unit, including sensors, a telemetry unit, a power supply, a processor, and supporting hardware, all located in an enclosed, waterproof housing. The security alarm system apparatus is adapted to fit within a manhole cavity without the need for extensive or alteration of existing manhole structures.
Abstract: A door status sensing device for a transport container including a door. The door status sensing device includes an emitter attached to the container that transmits a first wireless signal in a first direction toward the door. A reflector attaches to the door and is aligned with the emitter to receive the first wireless signal, and generates a second wireless signal in a second direction opposite the first direction in response to the first wireless signal. The sensing device further includes a receiver attached to the container adjacent the emitter and opposite the reflector. The receiver is substantially aligned with the reflector, receives the second wireless signal, and generates a third signal indicative of the condition of the door condition in response to receipt of the second wireless signal. A controller selectively generates an alarm in response to the third signal indicative of the condition of the door.
Abstract: A hidden security device for a container of cargo transportation includes a case provided with an electronic processing unit; a tightly-seized device, including a plate, extending from the case, on which a displacement sensor communicating with the electronic processing unit is provided at a predetermined place; and a tightly-seized part, perpendicularly extending from the plate and having a flexing end; and an antenna, communicating with the electronic processing unit and extending out from the case to the flexing end of the tightly-seized part. The present security device can accurately record the time and frequency of opening the door plates of the container, and meanwhile it is disposed on the inner side of the door plates, and is readily concealed.

Abstract: An anti-security control for unlocking the normally locked door which separates the corridor side and the stairwell side of buildings, such as hotels. The anti-security control is preferably adapted for use with and draws power from any conventional-type of smoke and fire detection and alarm system. When the detection and alarm system senses the existence of a dangerous level of smoke or fire, current is shunted to a solenoid which operates to unbolt the normally locked separation door. A depressible button may be operatively affixed on the corridor side of the door to provide access from corridor to the stairwell regardless of whether a smoke or fire condition is sensed by the detection system.
