Abstract: A fluid dispenser with a fluid pump for dispensing fluid on movement of an actuator, and an air pump for delivering a stream of air through at least one sound generator on movement of the actuator. The sound generator produces at least two sounds as the actuator is moved from a first position to a second position, with each sound produced in a different time period during a cycle of operation, or differing from the other sound in respect of one or more detectable sound characteristics, such as duration, frequency, temporal alignment, amplitude, and/or timbre. The time period of each sound is a function of the relative location of the actuator between the first and second positions.

The tubular housing has a lumen with a proximal section and a distal section separated by an internal flange. The sleeve includes a battery case or power module with a coaster coupled on the proximal side of the internal flange, an electronic module and a power supply module coupled to the distal side of the internal flange. A sensor in the form of a spring-loaded switch is located on the coaster to trigger and enable a status indicator based on a predetermined weight of a beverage container. The status indicator is an LED light source or wireless signal coupled to the sensor through the electronic module.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a meter cluster. The meter cluster includes a first luminous panel and a second luminous panel. The first luminous panel indicates first information. The second luminous panel is arranged in front of the first luminous panel. The second luminous panel indicates second information. Each of the first luminous panel and the second luminous panel has transparency. The first information of the first luminous panel is visible through the second luminous panel.

Abstract: Apparatus for deterring birds and animals from roosting on boat decks and other surface areas in form of a mechanical repeller includes a bracket for attachment to a surface area, and a housing including a quick-release fastening device to connect the housing with the bracket. The quick-release fastening device forms a pivotable bearing between the housing and the bracket. At least one pole extends from the housing and a bearing supports the housing in the bearing. An electric motor turns the housing and thereby moves the pole above the surface area. The electric motor includes an output shaft which engages the bracket axially detachable but torque proof. A rechargeable battery is provided and supplied with electric power from a solar cell. The housing is configured in form of a closed module which accommodates the solar cell, an electronic control unit, the electric motor, and the rechargeable battery.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device provided in a rice field, a dry field, an orchard, a fish farm and the like for repelling wild animals and pest birds, and particularly, to a device for repelling wild animals and pest birds using a laser which can emit light by using a laser beam to startle pest birds or wild animals, and is thus provided more conveniently without regard to place or time to effectively repel pest birds and wild animals.

Abstract: A cover for a boat motor is provided. The cover is for a boat motor of the type having an upper portion having a housing for containing an engine, and a lower portion having a cavitation plate, a propeller for providing propulsion, a skeg for providing directional stability under propulsion, and a transom. The cover includes a first panel and a second panel. Each panel has a shape that generally approximates the lower portion. A first fastener is carried on a substantial length of a periphery of the first panel. A second fastener is carried on a periphery of the second panel and is mutually engageable with the first fastener. The first and second panel are positioned on opposing sides of the lower portion and fastened to each other by the first and second fasteners to form an enclosure for covering the lower portion of the boat motor.

The communication may include a signal or input separate from and in addition to a typical command signal or input to the operator.

The stylized compass defines an inner space and is intended to be embedded in a concrete panel and installed in a sidewalk, building facade, kiosk bus stop shelter and/or planter among other possibilities. The advertising element is positioned within the inner space defined by the stylized compass and includes an inner element and a centerpiece removable from the inner element. Abstract: The traphouse safety flag is an electromechanical safety device mounted at the roofline of a traphouse intended to replace the traditional safety cone or cloth flag that is commonly used to indicate to the shooters that the traphouse is occupied and shooting cannot commence. A “no flag” detent position energizes the normal trap shooting control mechanism while indicating to the shooters that the traphouse and personnel are secure. The safety flag obscures the entrance to the traphouse in a shooting position and if the flag is moved out of the no flag detent position for any reason, the trap shooting control mechanism is deactivated and will not accept a launch command from the shooter.

The cylinders and the body portion are removably connected to one another. A safety lid prevents activation of the trigger.

The pulsator is built into a compressed air powered water gun designed to contain water and air under pressure and including an air pump for compressing air into the gun to pressurize water contained therein and a trigger coupled to a valve for manually shooting the gun by controlling flow of pressurized water to the pulsator.

Additionally, the gas may, as an additional additive, contain a suspension of fine solid or liquid particles of paint or stain so that the device when actuated, discourages a potential rapist or attacker with offensive odor and noise and also identifies him with a stain. In one preferred embodiment, the telescoping housing also includes a flash-type light which is actuated by the same triggers which actuate the canister. The telescoping housing has a key ring attached at one end and may also have a mechanical whistle at the other end.

Abstract: A protective enclosure and position warning device for the lower drive gear unit of outboard motors carried by boats and for the outdrive portion of inboard/outdrive type boat engines comprises an enclosure formed of water impervious material which is adapted to be fitted about the drive unit of a marine engine for protection of the drive unit from deterioration by water, dirt, dust, etc. The enclosure is provided with closure means that secures the enclosure in assembly with the drive unit and is also provided with a reinforced drain opening that will allow any water that might enter the enclosure to exit by way of the drain. The material from which the enclosure is composed is of a color that is highly visible during the light of day and the material is also light reflective, enabling the protective enclosure to be readily seen when lighted by the light of automotive head lamps at night.
