Abstract: A two layer compression garment measuring system that displays a pressure indicia when the garment is stretched, wherein the pressure indicia is displayed by moving from a position under an opaque layer of material (at low or no pressure) to a position under a window or transparent or translucent layer of material (at higher pressure). When the indicia can be seen by an observer through the window or transparent or translucent layer, then the higher pressure has been reached. The viewed indicia optionally displays the pressure level. In various optional designs, the location of attachment between the two spaced-apart locations is adjustable, or the length of the upper layer is adjustable such that the attachment location can be aligned with the indicia. A design having a free ended upper layer is also included.

Abstract: By providing a unique, pre-printed housing within which a plurality of windows are formed and positioned for cooperating with a plurality of longitudinally movable arm members or sliders, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained. In the preferred embodiment, each window incorporates a transparent panel for overlying the visual image contained in the window, as well as preventing the user from obtaining access to the visual information contained therein. By constructing each of the plurality of longitudinally movable arm members/sliders in an overlying manner, a unique construction is realized which enables the movement of one arm member/slider to effectuate a change in the visual display of a window element which is not directly adjacent the arm member or slider. The selector is engageably movable to each of a plurality of selectable positions referencing dosage time indicia (1308). The indicia may be inscribed to establish a highly customized schedule. A selection may be secured against inadvertent displacement of the selector. The selector and the scheduled dosage time period form a reminder indicating when a next dose is due or when the last dose was taken. A standardized device is suitable for use with a large variety of curved wall and flat wall containers.

Abstract: An extended use reminder device (100) operable on the exterior flat or curved surface of an article includes a selectable member (102) including a plurality of individually selectable positions. The selectable member comprises a deformable plastic structure (110) or plurality of plastic structures attached to a deformable sheet member (112). A movable pointer or selector (106) securely interlocks with the plastic structure at one of the selected positions to form a reminder. A single device fits a great variety of containers and allows for a high degree of customization. The device is suitable for manual or automated assembly and application to a container.

The continuous belt passes between a light source and a unidirectional magnifying lens which magnifies only the height dimension of the number's digits. The continuous belt is provided with score advance openings that are exposed via a slot in the face of the game that supports the target. The score advance openings are adjacent the transparent numbers such that a score may be made to appear in the magnifying lens. The target of the dart game is a dart board which has a unique bullseye target deflection detection mechanism.

Abstract: A rocker switch having non-illuminated indicator means comprising a ribbon or sheet member which effectively slides along the interior surface of a rocker cap having a window visually exposing the appropriate indicia on the ribbon as the rocker is pivoted. The ribbon is flexible enough to assume the interior shape of the rocker cap and stiff enough to slide therealong during rocking operation. A window or lens may assume various positions on the rocker cap with appropriate positioning of indicia on the ribbon therebeneath.
