With this structure, it is possible to provide a thin-film depositing apparatus which stably measures the sheet resistance of a thin film deposited on a substrate and performs feedback of the measurement result to control the film deposition conditions so that a thin film to be deposited on a subsequent substrate has a desired thickness.

A bath of coating solution is provided and the objects are immersed into the solution and removed from the solution at a constantly changing speed. The other copy sheet stripping member can be further disposed to assure both the scrape of the copy sheet and the removal of the residue on the roller, the copy sheet stripping member being continuously pressed against the roller.
