Abstract: A shipping container for livestock having a plurality of walls, a container roof and a container floor enclosing an interior storage space. The front wall may include a container door and one or more of the sidewalls may be mounted with one or more column support plates that support web support plates. A floating partition, end wing, loft and feed troughs may be mounted with the web support plates. Additionally, the floating partition may be tilted inward to efficiently divide space and provide access to the loft. A catwalk may also be mounted with the floating partition.

Abstract: A trough is disclosed for supplying piglets with mineral supplements in the suckling period. The trough is designed to awaken the piglets' curiosity and thus make them root in the bottom of the trough, where the mineral supplements are dispensed in form of a dry powder mixture, and thus reduce spillage as compared to placing the mineral supplements on the floor of the pen. During the pre-weaning of the piglets the trough can be converted to serve as a normal trough for solid feed.

Abstract: A mobile livestock feeder is provided, comprising a dual-axle gooseneck hitch trailer with two parallel troughs and a storage unit, a hinged gate, a mineral feeder connected to the rear of the trailer, a fly dust bag above the mineral feeder, a fly oil holding tank supplying a rope wick-style automatic oiler, and two heavy duty jacks to level the trailer. The mobile livestock feeder has particular utility in connection with providing a large portable feed capacity along with minerals and fly control.
