Abstract: A pet comb generally includes a comb plate and a handle. The comb plate is provided with a plurality of comb strips at its front surface and a base portion at its rear surface. The handle is constructed of a spring element, which is attached with a connection portion and an enlarged main grip portion at two opposite ends thereof, and a covering, which has a concave neck portion formed integrally with the spring element, such that the enlarged main grip portion abuts on a rear end of the concave neck portion. The connection portion of the handle is fixedly attached to the base portion of the comb plate, such that the handle is at a predetermined angle to the comb plate. As such, the comb plate together with the comb strips can be easily operated by the handle to groom a pet.

Abstract: An implement for grooming hair of an animal has a comb support and an array of tines mounted in the comb support. The array has a plurality of generally parallel combs, and each comb has a set of regularly spaced generally parallel tines of similar size. In one aspect, the spacing between adjacent tines of a selected comb varies depending on the location of the comb along a longitudinal axis. In this aspect, as the comb support is drawn to effectuate the grooming of the hair of the animal, hair at the selected location experiences a progression in at least three stages from coarse to more finely spaced tines.

Abstract: A grooming tool used for removing hair, fur, dirt and dander from an animal. The too includes an oval shaped handle with an elongated blade slot along a length of the handle. An elongated “hacksaw” like blade is received in the blade slot and secured thereto. The blade includes small blade teeth 20 to 24 per inch along a length of the blade. The teeth have a “wave” like configuration for a more effective way of grooming the animal.

Abstract: A wax grooming tool for a water sports board. The grooming tool includes a plurality of combs extending radially outward from a central portion of the tool toward a peripheral portion of the tool. The plurality of combs allows a user to save time when combining or grooming the wax on the water sports board by reducing the amount of repetitions required to complete the combining or grooming. The unique configuration of the grooming tool further results in creating a swirl pattern in the wax and saved wax by thoroughly grooming the existing wax to a freshly-waxed state.
