Abstract: A haircutting aid adapted to measure a predetermined length and inclination of hair and firmly hold the specific measured portion of hair for precise haircut, is disclosed. The haircutting aid comprises a handle member, at least two stationary combs disposed at a proximal end of the handle member, at least one movable comb disposed parallel to at least one stationary comb, at a distal end of the handle member, and a thumb hole disposed at the handle member to manipulate the at least one movable comb relative to the at least one stationary comb, to allow to engage and measure the length and inclination of a hair need to be cut. Further, a switch is disposed at the handle member to lock the movable comb on engaging the length of hair.

Abstract: Disclosed is a hair comb capable of reducing the resistance and improving the smoothness of combing hair, and the hair comb includes a slab-shaped main body, a plurality of parallel slash-shaped teeth implant areas disposed on a surface of the main body, a plurality of serial comb teeth sequentially implanted in the teeth implant areas and disposed opposite to the slash-shaped teeth implant areas respectively, a vacant area without any implanted tooth and disposed on a surface of the main body and the width of the vacant area falling between the serial comb teeth is greater than the distance between two adjacent comb teeth to achieve the effects of reducing the resistance of combining hair by the hair comb and the occurrence of tangled hair and providing a smooth combing operation.

Variably sized mechanisms for holding specific amounts of hair in specific positions on the head (FIGS. 4-A through 4-C), securely attach to the head various hair ornaments, hair control devices, and other items (FIGS. 1-A, 2-A, 3-A, and FIGS. 5 through 12) by the mating of strips of hook-and-loop fastener affixed, respectively, to their top surface and under surface (FIGS. 1-C, 2-C, and 3-C).
