Pressure Responsive Outlet Valve Patents (Class 137/115.28)
  • Patent number: 8091576
Abstract: A by-pass and pressure regulator valve exhibiting: an inlet mouth and an outlet mouth set in reciprocal communication by a main conduit; a by-pass mouth. The by-pass and pressure regulator valve comprises: an obturator, mobile between at least a closed position, in which it interrupts fluid communication between the main conduit and the by-pass mouth, and at least an open position, in which the fluid communication is not interrupted; operating pressure control means, predisposed to move the obturator from the closed position; means for determining a flow pressure loss in fluids crossing the main conduit, arranged along the main conduit in order to separate a first tract upstream of the main conduit from a second tract downstream thereof; obturator command means governed by a fluid pressure difference between the first tract and the second tract of the main conduit, distinct from the operating pressure control means but operatively connected to the obturator.

  • Patent number: 7806235
Abstract: A device that relieves lubricant pressure in a divider block lubrication system into a fluid reservoir, a container, or directly back into the compressor frame to which the tubing is connected. This eliminates housekeeping, environmental, safety, and compressor component failure concerns associated with current atmospheric rupture assemblies that relieve directly to the atmosphere. The environmental compressor protection assembly contains a spring set to a pre-determined pressure. Lubricant pressure in excess of this pre-determined set pressure results in spring compression and opening of a relief path. The assembly preferably remains in a full open position and must be must be manually reset to the closed position to prevent fluid flow in the system.

Abstract: An improved liquid fertilizer distribution manifold operating in two stages. An accumulator piston located above the primary and secondary ports provides for two stages of flow. A broad range of regulated flow for site-specific farming results in precise, accurate and timely application of liquid fertilizer and pesticides. An elevated piston seal flange in the manifold allows flow to be exact with plugged or partially plugged primary orifices. Manifolds are produced in single tier and double tier arrangements to improve efficiency. The same manifold can be applied to NH3 pressure increasing systems. NH3 pressure decreasing systems and liquid fertilizer and pesticide systems.
