Abstract: A liquid dispensing apparatus with a child-safety feature which, in one preferred embodiment, does not permit dispensing unless both a dispensing handle and an associated lever are each independently moved. In another embodiment, dispensing is prevented unless a manually-depressable, rotatable dispensing lever and a rotatable safety lock are both simultaneously actuated.
