An acoustic sensor is located in the interstitial space for detecting spilled fluid flowing in the containment conduit, or in the carrier conduit for detecting fluid flow reduction.

Abstract: An electro-mechanical system for the collection and recovery of materials inside thin-film deposition facilities, comprising multiple elements able to intercept the wasted particles of material during a coating process. These elements are disposed in individual modules (1, 5), possibly combined in multiple configurations according to the shape of the deposition chamber; swivel, depending on the material to be recovered, thanks to a power unit (4), a transmission system (6, 10, 15a, 15b), an electronic interface (9) to automate the rotation of the elements. These elements can be palettes (3) placed vertically in each of the modules (1, 5), made of a composite material, characterized by a core of metallic material or alumina and by two surface polymeric layers with low adhesion to the selected core and therefore easily removable, but at the same time resistant to the temperature and pressure conditions inside the deposition chamber.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for processing leaking carbon dioxide, which is provided to a transfer line composed of pipes connected from a carbon dioxide generation facility to a carbon dioxide reservoir to process the leakage of carbon dioxide, including: a box-shaped shield case provided to cover a connection part of the pipes constituting the transfer line to prevent carbon dioxide leaking from the connection part from diffusing; and a bypasser bypassing the carbon dioxide into the shield case to the outside of the shield and storing this carbon dioxide. The apparatus is advantageous in that the diffusion of the carbon dioxide leaking from the connection part of the transfer line is blocked by the shield case, and simultaneously is supplied to the collection tank and stored therein by the bypasser, thereby preventing the leaking carbon dioxide from diffusing.

The feed line has a line end leading from outside to the wash tub. An inlet bolt can be fastened from the interior to the line end and has an axial bore to extend the feed line. The axial bore leads into a plurality of inlet openings which are distributed over a circumference on a circumferential surface of the inlet bolt projecting into the interior. The inlet bolt has an end which faces the interior and is implemented as a cover to protect the axial bore from ingress of splash water.
