  • Patent number: 11118720
Abstract: A cable protector including a series of generally cylindrical shells, with adjacent shells pivotable relative to each other; and a support member extending through the shells. The support member holds the shells so that the shells cannot be separated from each other. The support member includes arm sections, corresponding to the shells, connected by flexible linear sections extending along a central axis of the shells. Each arm section includes a base connected to the linear section, and a plurality of arms extending radially outward at equal angles. Each arm has a first end connected to the base, and a second end connected to a surface of the shell toward the central axis.

  • Patent number: 11054191
Abstract: A device for heat exchange and positioning in a pipe. The device includes a central body containing a material for storing thermal energy by latent heat accumulation, to be placed in thermal exchange with a circulating surrounding fluid. The device also includes structure for positioning the central body in the volume. The positioning structure is connected to, and extends around, the central body The position structure is also connected to reserving passages that enable contact between the central body and the surrounding fluid and the circulation of the surrounding fluid.

  • Patent number: 10519634
Abstract: A curb box for underground gas and water services includes a tubular member such as a pipe that extends from a valve in an underground line up to surface. A resiliently flexible tubular member segment is installed in the tubular member between an uppermost end of the tubular member and a lower portion of the tubular member. The resiliently flexible tubular member segment allows the uppermost end to resiliently flex relative to the lower portion. As such, if impacted, the uppermost end can resiliently yield at the resiliently flexible tubular member, thereby preventing the tubular member from being bent and rendered inoperable as a conduit to the valve in the underground line.
