Tapering Or Tower Type Patents (Class 137/373)
  • Patent number: 8695627
Abstract: A frame for supporting a pressure relief valve located within a frac line connected to high pressure pumps on frac trucks. A metallic base is formed from rectangular tubing in the shape of a box. Saddles on the base support a tee on the lower portion of the relief valve. Brace links are connected at one end to the corners of the metallic base and swivel about clevises to allow access to the pressure relief valve. The other end of the brace links connect to clevises on a flange when assembled. The flange is rigidly connected to an upper portion of the relief valve to stabilize the assembly. Lifting loops on the flange allow the frame to be lifted during assembly.

  • Patent number: 6712086
Abstract: An above ground meter box comprising a housing, a removable housing cap, openings on the housing, an adapter pipe, a meter, a annular ring and tubing. A below-ground annular ring is located on the bottom of the housing. A removable housing cap is attached to the top of the housing and covers the open top of the housing. A meter opening receives any brand of meter by placing a grommet on the meter to adapt the meter to conform with the size of the meter opening. At least two openings are located on the housing bottom, adapted to receive the adapter pipe and the tubing connected to the existing consumer line. A faucet may be added to the meter assembly to provide a means to test water pressure, for testing back flush meters, to test for nonfunctioning meters, and for a water sample point.

  • Patent number: 6526699
Abstract: A water holding and dispersing apparatus for catching and retaining rainwater for later watering usage. The water holding and dispersing apparatus includes a housing having a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. The housing comprises a substantially rigid material. A supply pipe is positioned nearer the top wall than the bottom wall and has a first end fluidly coupled to the housing. A second end of the supply pipe is fluidly coupled to a gutter of a dwelling such that water in the gutter will flow into the housing through the supply pipe. A first drainage pipe is fluidly coupled to the first side wall and is located generally adjacent to the bottom wall. The first drainage pipe has a valve thereon for selectively opening and closing the first drainage pipe.

  • Patent number: 5934315
Abstract: A molded, polyethylene wastewater chamber assemblage to be assembled and placed below ground level to receive, collect, and transfer wastewater to a treatment plant. The chamber has pipe spigots extending horizontally from its opposing bottom ends that receive input or output pipes of commercially available pipe design, and a riser base on top of the chamber with riser spigot attached thereto that receives a riser of conventional design, and a molded polyethylene lid to seal the riser to be watertight. Two chamber spigot extensions for attachment to the chamber extend the capability of the chamber to accept input and output pipes of various outside diameter.
