Main Flow Through Isolated Reactor Chamber Patents (Class 137/505.21)
  • Patent number: 11717838
Abstract: A liquid pressure regulator includes a housing having an inlet portion and an outlet portion, a tubular valve member slidingly accommodated inside the housing and having an inlet edge, a valve body fixed inside the housing and a seat that interacts with the inlet edge to form a port having a variable width, and an elastic annular diaphragm for connecting the valve member to the housing and forming a regulating chamber. The valve member has an outlet edge configured to interact with the outlet portion of the housing and form an annular passage communicating with the regulating chamber. The width of the annular passage decreases as the inlet edge of the valve member moves toward the seat. The outlet portion has a wider region with a transverse surface defining the bottom of the regulating chamber, which is inclined toward the center to facilitate the outer discharge of soil, sand and impurities.

  • Patent number: 10386867
Abstract: A pressure regulating device for a liquid includes a main hollow body having an inlet end and an outlet end for the liquid, which are connected via a longitudinal passage, a tubular valve member, which is slidingly accommodated in the passage and has a regulating end upstream from the flow of the liquid, a seat placed inside the passage, upstream from the valve member, and having a transverse surface formed in the passage to interact with the regulating end of the valve member and define therewith a part having an adjustable width for the liquid. The seat is eccentrically supported in the passage and is formed of one piece with the main body, and is supported proximate to the inlet end for the liquid by a pair of longitudinal support wings substantially parallel to the flow direction.

Abstract: A poppet valve is provided with a seat portion which has a conical inner peripheral surface with a center axis, and a conical portion which is displaced along the center axis inside the seat portion, forms a flow passage having an annular cross-section between the conical portion and the seat portion and is supported at a position concentric with the seat portion. An effect of rectifying fluid flowing in the flow passage is thereby obtained and the generation of noise is prevented.

  • Patent number: 8876490
Abstract: A hydro-pneumatic system has an air powered motor driving a hydraulic pump with a pressure limiting valve that turns off air flow to the air motor when a hydraulic pressure output by the pump at a sense port of the valve reaches a certain limit. A valve element of the valve has spring, hydraulic and pneumatic sections, with an unbalanced area of the hydraulic section in a sealed pressure chamber of a cartridge that is part of the valve housing. The pneumatic section extends out one end of the cartridge to fill a bore between the air inlet and outlet ports when the pneumatic section is extended, and allow air to pass when it is retracted.

  • Patent number: 8695630
Abstract: A system for hydraulically managing fluid pressure between selected set points includes a pilot control system operably coupled to a main valve. The pilot control system includes at least one fluid conduit, a variable orifice assembly, and a control pilot valve apparatus. Fluid is passed through a fixed orifice and into a first chamber of the control pilot valve apparatus. Fluid is passed through the variable orifice of the variable orifice assembly and into a second chamber of the control pilot valve apparatus. The main valve is hydraulically opened or closed in response to a pressure differential between the first and second chambers of the control pilot valve apparatus so as to manage fluid pressure downstream of the main valve between the selected upper and lower set points.

  • Publication number: 20130056097
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel supply device and a pressure control for a fuel supply device to supply fuel from a reservoir to a user, and a method for pressure control. The fuel supply device for a motor vehicle comprises a reservoir, which is emptied upon discharge via a pressure control of a control unit, with between an inlet side high-pressure chamber and an outlet side low-pressure chamber of the pressure control several flow paths are arranged, which are opened and closed and when they are flown through a pressure reduction occurs from the storage pressure of the reservoir to the operating pressure of the user.

  • Patent number: 8356624
Abstract: A self-operated pressure transmission type of pressure reducing valve with corrugated pipe has an upper cover, a cylinder, a lower cover, a sealing board, a sealing sleeve, a first and second nut, and an upper valve rod. The pressure reducing valve needs no external driving force. It only needs a power-saving product which can automatically adjust the pressure according to the pressure change of the adjusted object. It has multiple functions such as measuring, implementing and controlling pressure, and it solves the problems in the operation process of the conventional pressure reducing valve.
