  • Patent number: 12038351
Abstract: A sensor configured to measure rate of flow of fugitive emissions on a flow control. The configurations may include devices that are sensitive to low flow or low pressure. These devices may include piezo-electric films or foams. These materials may deflect in response to flow of fluid along the outer surface of the reciprocating shaft. In one implementation, the embodiments can generate average leak rate over time and measure against regulation or specifications to ensure appropriate operation (e.g., leak suppression) of the flow control. Storing this data can provide a database of information that allows operators to benchmark performance of the flow control, for example, to correlate leaks to a certain date or time. This feature may, in turn, permit the operators to also correlate the device-specific performance to overall plant or network operations.

Abstract: A system detects a fuel dispensing operation that indicates fuel is being dispensed from the fuel dispensing terminal. The system determines an identifier value associated with a volume of fuel dispensed from the fuel dispensing terminal. The system determines a measured volume per unit time parameter associated with the fuel dispensed from the fuel dispensing terminal by dividing the determined identifier value by a unit parameter. The system compares the measured volume per unit time parameter with a threshold volume per unit time parameter. In response to determining that the measured volume per unit time parameter is less than the threshold volume per unit time parameter, the system communicates an electronic signal to the fuel dispensing terminal that instructs the fuel dispensing terminal to stop dispensing fuel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a service life reminding system for a water bottle filter element. The service life reminding system for the water bottle filter element includes a one-way valve head, a mounting bracket, and a circuit board. The mounting bracket includes a first accommodating cavity. A portion of the one-way valve head is movably accommodated in the first accommodating cavity. A magnetic element is fixed in the mounting bracket. A magnetic sensor is arranged on the circuit board. Both of the circuit board and the magnetic sensor are accommodated in the one-way valve head. When the one-way valve head slides to abut against the mounting bracket, the magnetic sensor senses the magnetic element. When the one-way valve head slides away from the mounting bracket until the one-way valve head separates from the mounting bracket, the magnetic sensor is unable to sense the magnetic element.
