Valve In Each Inlet Patents (Class 137/606)
  • Patent number: 7658201
Abstract: A valve for sterile sampling of a liquid sample from a container includes a valve body (1) with a valve chamber (2). The valve includes a sample inlet (6) in the valve chamber (2), a first valve seat (7), a first valve plug (5a) for closing the sample inlet (6) through abutment against a first valve seat (7), an outlet (8) from the valve chamber (2), a cleaning inlet (9) in the valve chamber (2) for disinfection fluid, a second valve seat (10) and a second valve plug (5b). The outlet (8) is positioned between the two valve seats (7, 10), and the second valve seat (10) and the second valve plug (5b) are positioned in such a manner that the second valve plug (5b) through abutment against the second valve seat (10) cuts off the inflow of disinfection fluid in an area (2b) of the valve chamber (2) at the sample inlet (6).

Abstract: A fluid draining manifold includes a central shaft that defines a horizontally registered first passageway and is provided with opposed open ends. The central shaft includes a semi-circular ring anchored to one open end for receiving a locking member, prohibiting unauthorized removal of the apparatus. Outwardly flanged auxiliary shafts are coupled to the central shaft and have linear lengths. Each auxiliary shaft defines an isolated auxiliary passageway in fluid communication with the first passageway. Each auxiliary passageway has opposed open ends in fluid communication with the first passageway such that fluid and debris is directed into the central shaft after traveling through the auxiliary shafts. A discharge shaft is abutted to the central shaft and is in fluid communication with the auxiliary shafts. The discharge shaft has offset open ends formed therein such that fluid and debris converges towards the lower open end prior to exiting the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7198063
Abstract: A housing of a multi-path joint is divided into a plurality of blocks in correspondence with the number of lead-in ports, and a reverse-stop valve for preventing mixed fluid in the main path from flowing backward is provided between the lead-in ports and the main path. Each of the plurality of blocks formed by dividing the housing is provided with a connecting section for positioning when joining to adjacent blocks, and a holding unit is provided for connecting all the blocks in their respective connecting sections and maintaining a connected state between them. According to this multi-path joint, mixed fluid which flowing along the main path, does not flow backward to lead-in ports, and therefore, the atmosphere in the lead-in ports is stabilized. In addition, the multi-path joint is highly functional, being speedily adaptable to the number and shape of the paths on the lead-in port side.

  • Patent number: 7162884
Abstract: A pressure and vacuum valve manifold system such as may be used, for example, to actuate pneumatic bladders controlling airflow in a forced air HVAC system to provide zone climate control. The valves are individually operable to connect a respective individual bladder to pressure or to vacuum. Two manifolds can be mated and commonly fed pressure and vacuum. The two manifolds can be of identical construction. One manifold chamber from each can be connected into a single large pressure manifold, and another manifold chamber from each can be connected into a single large vacuum manifold. Such connections can be made with fittings which also serve as pressure and vacuum relief valves, respectively. The valve plungers are arranged in a grid, enabling a simple X-Y two-motor servo system to actuate all the valves, one at a time.

  • Patent number: 7150416
Abstract: Liquid fuel injectors are provided. The liquid fuel injectors allow the injection of a fine spray of liquid fuel. The liquid fuel injectors utilize a schrader valve movable between an open position and a closed position. When the schrader valve is in the closed position fuel flow is blocked and purge gas is allowed to flow through the fuel injectors. When the schrader valve is in the open position, the flow of purge gas is blocked and fuel is allowed to flow through the fuel injector. In this manner, the fuel injectors provide for an immediate and automatic purge of the fuel lines when the fuel flow is shut off.
