Abstract: The woven textile has a first end and an opposite second end. A longitudinal direction is defined by the first end and the second end. The woven textile includes an upper layer, a lower layer, and at least one binding thread. The upper layer includes at least one first braid woven by a plurality of filaments and extending in a meandering way to form a plurality of hollow portions. The lower layer includes at least one second braid woven by a plurality of filaments and extending in a meandering way to form a plurality of hollow portions. The binding thread fixes the first braid and the second braid together by weaving so that the upper layer and the lower layer are positioned by the binding thread.

Abstract: Different weaving materials, apparatuses, and methods are provided for producing woven textiles having different functional and aesthetic characteristics as compared to woven textiles produced using conventional methods. The different weaving materials comprise reactive materials or combined materials produced by an intermittent splicer. The different apparatuses include finishing devices for introducing organically-shaped lateral edges and interior apertures, and three-dimensional effectors for introducing three-dimensional aspects into a product as it is being woven. Weaving methods include simultaneously weaving fine denier panels and coarse denier panels.

Abstract: A system for the management of and assistance to weaving looms in the weaving premises is described, and a method of assistance connected therewith, of the type comprising, for each loom, a unit to control actuators, a set of operation sensors, and a logic unit apt to correlate signals from said sensors with said control unit, said logic unit being connected, through communication means, to a server of a service centre common to various weaving premises, said server being interfaced to a client for the acquisition from and output to the weaving premises of loom data and for processing of diagnostic routines and of solutions to failures of the looms, as well as to a database for the sorted storage of such data and of said diagnosis and solutions, the client being able to gain access into said database so as to make comparisons with the data acquired from and output to the weaving premises to thereby find solutions to the failures.
