Abstract: A motor vehicle windscreen wiper of the type with a windscreen wiper brush which is articulated to a windscreen wiper arm. Moreover, the inventive wiper is of the type in which a connector is inserted longitudinally, from rear to front, inside the front end of the arm, said front end being bent back. Moreover, the connector, which is disposed between the arm and a brush component, has an elastically-deformable element that is used to block said connector in the inserted position. Furthermore, the wiper is of the type in which the connector includes two longitudinal edges which are received between two lateral flanges of the brush component. The invention is characterised in that it includes a safety clasp which is movably mounted between a closed position, in which said clasp extends opposite the blocking element in order to lock the connector in the inserted position, and an open position, which is used to release said connector.

The wiper blade (10) has an elongated belt-shaped, flexible spring support element (12), with a separate first component designed as an elastic rubber wiper strip (14) that can be pressed against the windshield (20) located at the bottom belt surface (13) of the support element and with a separate second component located at the other upper belt surface (11) of the support element (12) that is designed as a wind deflection strip (24) that extends at least along a longitudinal section of the wiper blade (10). A particularly low-disruption wiper blade results if the two components (14, 24) are connected together at their sides facing one another.

Abstract: A wiper blade is proposed which is used to clean windows, especially of motor vehicles. The wiper blade is displaceable transversely to its length, preferably about a pendulum axis, and can be pressed with an elongated, rubber-elastic wiper strip (46) against the window (54) to be wiped; the wiper strip is disposed on the lower band face (49), oriented toward the window, of a bandlike-elongated, spring-elastic support element (42). Chattering that occurs during wiping operation and causes an unsatisfactory outcome of wiping as well as considerable noise, is avoided if the region of the upper band face (43), remote from the window, of the support element (42), the wiper blade is provided with a mass body, which is disposed movably, at least in the displacement direction (74) of the wiper blade.

Abstract: To enable a curved surface of a large curvature to be more effectively wiped, a wiper-blade device has notched portions in each blade section at required intervals to allow the blade section to bend easily so as to follow a curved surface to be wiped. The notched portions are disposed so that those of one of the blade sections do not overlap those of the other in the wiping direction, and for the purpose of providing a desired bent shape for the blade sections with the notched portions formed therein, elastic bending plates are attached to a holder section to which the blade sections are attached, and the blade sections each have a more sharply bent shape at the ends thereof than in the other portions thereof.
