Abstract: A golf ball scriber includes: a clip comprising a first clip body and a second clip body which are connected by a pivot shaft; a clamping groove surface disposed on an inner clamping surface of the clip; a sealed brush device; a first clip groove and a second clip groove symmetrically arranged on a respective outer wall of the first clip body and the second clip body; a scribing ruler disposed at a bottom surface of the first clip groove; a strip-shaped chamfered groove disposed on the scribing ruler away from the clamping groove surface; and a strip-shaped scribing groove disposed on the chamfered groove which corresponds to the clamping groove surface, wherein the scribing ruler, the chamfered groove, and the scribing groove share a central line, and the brush device is in sliding connection with the first clip groove disposed on the first clip body.

Abstract: A method of constructing a pet nail clipper is provided. In one embodiment, the method comprises receiving a disposable receptacle filled with a styptic substance. After receiving the receptacle, a sidewall of the disposable receptacle is coupled to an inside edge of an opening in a bracket extending from the pet nail clipper. In preferred embodiments, the receptacle is comprised of a cup and a lid and the lid is made with a rubber or silicone and has an entrance into an interior of the receptacle.

Abstract: A paint brush suspension lid for a paint can which incorporates a resilient brush holder insert designed to hold a paint brush handle at a desired static vertical position, enabling the bristles to be immersed in the paint without touching the bottom or sides of the paint can, thereby protected from the ambient air when not in use, without damaging the paint brush by immersing the brush ferrule. The lid is a bright coloured, high visibility material evocative of a caution cone, and is shaped to permit unobstructed use of a paint can handle while the lid is in place atop the can.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a storage device that is easily hanged to and removed from any rungs of a ladder such that the storage device is positioned at any desired height of ladder thereby facilitating working at ergonomic height. Storage device includes a mounting plate, one or more hanging members and at least one of one or more storage boxes and one or more tool holders. Mounting plate mounts hanging members, storage boxes and/or tool holders. Hanging members are hook-shaped that can receive rungs of ladder and sit thereon for facilitating easy hanging of storage device on ladder. Storage boxes and tool holders facilitate holding of various work-tools. User can then position storage device on any portion of ladder so that work-tools are available at ergonomic height. After use, user can easily lift storage box and remove from storage box from ladder, thereby facilitates easy removal.

Abstract: An insertable applique removal feature includes: a protruding lip; a cylindrical body coupled to the lip; and an applique removal element having multiple inwardly curving petals coupled to the body, each petal separated from each adjacent petal by a gap when said petals are in a relaxed state. A mascara tube includes: a cylindrical neck having a first radius; a cylindrical reservoir coupled the neck, the reservoir having a second radius, wherein the second radius is greater than the first radius; a first mascara removal feature including: a cylindrical body located along an interior surface of the neck; and a set of petals protruding from one end of the body and forming a convex shape that extends into a portion of the reservoir, where each petal is separated from each adjacent petal by a gap when the petals are in a relaxed state and has a substantially constant thickness.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a cap with applicator (30) that is attached to a container (10) which accommodates a formula. The cap (30) is capable of plugging an opening of a nozzle (14) for discharging the formula provided into the container (10) to the outside. The cap (30) includes an applicator (20) for applying the formula, and the applicator (20) is placed in a state in which it is isolated from the formula so that it does not contact the formula within the container (10) when the cap (30) is attached to the container (10).

Abstract: An animal feeding pail comprising a bucket, the bucket having an upward handle, the bucket having a sidewall, extending around its circumference, and a bottom secured proximate the bottom of its sidewall, a false bottom wall provided within the bucket, and biasing against the interior of the side wall, to create a volumetric space between it and the bucket bottom wall, and into which granular material may be located to simulate the sound of animal feed when the bucket is shaken.

Abstract: An applicator bottle design which allows significantly less fluid to be wasted than previous designs. The design includes a reservoir or indentation for the applicator while the top of the bottle is screwed on. When the bottle is unscrewed, or in use, the applicator can reach more fluid in the bottle so that less fluid is wasted than with conventional applicator bottles.

Abstract: A paint tray designed to be assembled into a board. Two wheels are attached to the underside of the board, enabling the tray and the board to be moved around on the floor. The tray is equipped with legs that are attached to the underside of the tray and serve to stabilize the tray and board on the floor. The tray is connected to the board by axial connections on both sides and by a spring at the front end. When force is exerted on the front end of the tray, the front tends downwards whilst the back end rises so that the legs detach from the floor, enabling the board and tray to move about on the floor.

The paint distributing plate system comprises a paint distributing plate with a lower part and an upper part, where the lower part has a width being smaller than the diameter of the largest cross-sectional dimension of the paint bucket, and a pair of adjustable attachment hook arrangements provided on the upper part of the paint distributing plate, one on each side of the paint distributing plate, for securing the paint distributing plate to the upper rim of the paint bucket.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a container system. More particularly the invention relates to the container system for storing at least two products of same or different type/color, and at least one applicator. The container system of the present invention is configured to comprise at least two receptacles for storing the products, and substantially abutting each other and at least one applicator configured to pick up the products stored in the receptacles simultaneously. The invention also relates to the container system for holding consumer products such as cosmetic or care products and is aimed at providing single or multiple makeup effects on the skin, face, lips, eyes and the like.

The bail handle (21) is horizontally disposed in a default position while the tray (20) is being used for painting. The handle pivots with respect to the tray (20) to move a handle portion upward for easy one hand grasping by a user. The bail handle includes foot extensions (72) and (73) that extend outboard of the tray (20) that a user can step on to pivot the bail handle (21) to a lift position for easier grasping. The tray (20) includes a paint brush rest surface (35) and one or more brush handle holders (36) and (37) to secure the brush handle and prevent the brush from falling as the tray is moved. The tray (20) further includes elements (44-49) for cantilevering the tray from the rung of a step ladder and is configured for nesting one tray inside another.

Abstract: A paint tray accessory and assembly provides an impermeable plastic cover and a membrane cover for use with a paint tray and paint roller of conventional manufacture. The membrane cover comprises a first frame member, a second frame member and a fluid regulating membrane. The membrane is flexible and stretchable which provides means for more evenly coating the sleeve of a paint roller during use of the assembly. The membrane also provides a tractive surface for the paint roller sleeve. The frame members are configured to retain the membrane within the frame members and to protect the membrane during use. The first frame member is intended to remain in position while the second frame member is flexibly rotatable relative to the first frame member at the points of certain “breaks” between the two frame members, also considered a “hinged” point.

The upper part of the container is provided with a cover including an opening dimensioned to match the head of the dispensing device, while the periphery of the opening is provided with notches for holding the neck of the roller. The dispensing device is formed by an upper head or cover, a perforated panel perpendicular to the latter, and a second panel including a screen and positioned at the end opposite the cover. The cover is flat and is provided along the periphery thereof with a material that fits hermetically to the opening. The cover is rectangular and the central part thereof widens out into two opposing semicircles, said cover also including a handle.

Abstract: A painting kit includes one or more paint pads and a paint tray. The paint tray includes a reservoir for holding a supply of paint, and means for transferring paint to a paint pad. In one embodiment the paint tray includes a rotating cylinder to transfer paint from the paint reservoir to one or more paint pads. In another embodiment, one or more paint pedestal surfaces are coated with paint from the reservoir in order to transfer paint to paint pads. Each of the paint pads and the trays includes features to selectively apply paint to the paint pad and to avoid applying paint to selected longitudinal edges of the paint pad. The lack of paint along the longitudinal edges helps to prevent paint from dripping or being forced from the longitudinal edge onto adjacent dry surfaces, and thereby enables a user to paint uniformly near edges while avoiding adjacent areas.

Abstract: A grid paint scooping device which is an article of manufacture comprising; a vertical elongated substantially flat grid which is partially immersed into a paint container with a handle at the top of said flat grid and attached at the bottom of the flat grid is an outwardly extending horizontal scooping reservoir which is substantially parallel to the bottom of said paint container during paint scooping events, wherein said grid paint scooping device uses said scooping reservoir for lifting a sufficient amount of paint out of the paint container for the purpose of saturating a roller cover with said paint in the reservoir and removing the excessive paint from the roller cover by use of said flat grid to allow the right amount of the paint to be evenly distributed on the surface of the roller cover before painting objects with the roller cover.

The color tray consists of at least three parallel and elongated channels, each channel can retain a separate color chemical.

Abstract: A paint pan has a generally rectangular box shape and an inclined rub plate extends down into the pan from a front wall. A partial roof extends from the top edge of the back wall, and a partial opening is formed generally above the rub plate and between the top edge of the front wall and the partial roof. When the pan is in a “use” position, paint may be poured into the pan through the partial open roof and it will flow to the floor. The pan is dimensioned so that a roller brush may be inserted through the partial opening to the floor of the pan beneath the partial roof.

Abstract: A gripping device for use on a paint tin has a U-shaped grip with a middle section and two flexible arms. Free outer ends of the flexible arms are provided with hook-shaped parts which are used to couple to a paint tin. Within the grip is a U-shaped handle, free outer ends of which are provided with sleeves that can slide along the anus of the grip. There are stops on the arms of the grip which limit sliding of the free outer ends of the handle in a direction towards the middle section of the grip. By pulling the middle section of the handle towards the middle section of the grip, the arms bend as a result of which the free outer ends of the arms come towards each other.

The paint can include a series of paint blocks (4) arranged so as to provide projecting each side by side a paint surface constituting a common dipping surface for a paint brush (4d) of the type having a foam dipping spatula.

A movable grid is located between the sides and ends of the paint pan and is normally biased to a position located a predetermined distance above the bottom of the pan. The grid may be pressed down toward the bottom of the pan upon application of a predetermined pressure, whereupon release of the pressure allows the grid to return to the first position spaced from the bottom of the pan.

Abstract: A paint roller grid includes a wiping surface surrounded by a frame member having a pair of spaced apart hooks connected to the upper edge of the frame member for releasably attaching the grid to a container rim. The hooks may be spaced laterally outwardly from opposite ends of the upper edge of the frame member to provide spaces therebetween for receipt of portions of the upper rim and upper side wall of the container in the spaces. A plurality of spaced apart tabs may be provided along the side edges of the grids for connecting two or more such grids together along their respective side edges to form a paint roller grid assembly comprising two or more such grids.

Abstract: A paint roller tray includes a paint roller reservoir adjacent one end and a roll off area sloping upwardly away from the paint roller reservoir. The slope of the roll off area is maintained by a support member longitudinally spaced from the paint roller reservoir. The support member is comprised of one or more compartments each having a closed bottom and open top, and an inner wall extending above the upper end of the roll off area to separate each compartment from the roll off area.

Abstract: An adjustable resilient blade support for use in the forming section of a papermaking machine. The blade support is adjustable, both to allow the attached blade to be moved from a position where it is out of contact to a position where it is pressed into contact with the adjacent forming fabric, and to permit adjustment of the blade orientation relative to the surface of the forming fabric. The blade support is also resilient, and thus allows the blade to respond to transient localized changes in the path of the forming fabric with which it is in contact. The adjustable resilient blade support of this invention is thus of use in an open surface forming section, and also is of use in forming sections in which two forming fabrics are used.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing paint comprises a container arranged to contain paint, the container has an open top end of the container providing access to the paint by a user, an enclosed bottom end on the container and a front inner side of the container. The front inner side has a plurality of raised protrusions for rolling off excess paint of a paint roller. A mounting arrangement is located at the top end on a back side of the container for supporting the container in a raised position on a vertical structure. A supporting arrangement is located at the bottom end for supporting the container such that the container remains in a generally vertical position. The mounting arrangement is arranged such that the raised protrusions on the front inner side of the container face towards the user on the vertical structure.

Abstract: An applicator used to evenly apply liquid tire dressing to the entire outer sidewall of a tire. The applicator includes a pad that includes an elongated, concave, curved lower surface that is complementary in shape with a portion of the sidewall. The pad includes at least one beveled, concave lateral edge that enable the tire dressing to be applied evenly to the areas of the sidewall adjacent to the wheel hub and to the compressed shoulder area of the tire adjacent to the ground. The pad is attached to a rigid base that includes a rigid handle aligned parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pad and rigid base and that allows the user to easily hold the applicator perpendicular to the sidewall and move the applicator in long broad strokes in a circular pattern around the sidewall of a tire. An optional holding tray is also provided that temporarily stores the applicator and prevents the tire dressing from drying out.

Opposing edges of the planar sponges are separated from each other by a distant sufficient to preclude contact therebetween when the sponges are compressed against a planar surface.

Abstract: The invention provides a blade for supporting an applicator pad. The applicator pad includes a plurality of bristles that extend outwardly from the blade. The blade can be flexible to apply coating material to obstructed surfaces. The blade and applicator pad can be part of a kit for applying coating material such as paint or stain to a surface. The kit can also provide a handle for supporting the blade during application of coating materials. An adapter can be connected to the end of the handle to connect a second handle to the first handle and extend the reach of the blade.

Abstract: An applicator engagement device for a fluid applicator is in the form of a float, which is adapted in use to fit within a bucket containing paint. The float, which is a plastics moulding, comprises a peripheral ring which is of inverted “U”-shape in section and faces downwardly. The ring is spanned by three equi-spaced flexible arms radiating from a central ring to join the ring at its edge, this flexibility permitting the last bit of fluid to be gotten to by the roller. The arms are narrow so that area circumscribed by the ring is substantially open to permit paint to pass therethrough. The ring is sized to permit a stirrer, such as a paddle to be inserted therethrough into the bucket to stir the paint without the need to remove the float from the bucket.

Abstract: An applicator used to evenly apply liquid tire dressing to the entire outer sidewall of a tire. Abstract: A device for loading a paintbrush with two colors of paint without mixing the colors together until the artist is ready to blend the colors during the brush strokes. The device includes a base having a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side thereof and a release liner on the adhesive. When the release liner is removed, the center portion of the base is folded together and the remaining portion of the device is applied to a substrate such as a palette or dish. A different color paint is placed on each side of the divider and a paintbrush is loaded with the two paints simultaneously.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for supporting paint utensils used during painting, and more particularly relates to a utensil holder that may be secured to a paint tray for supporting a paint roller, paintbrush, paint wheel or the like when not in use. In addition, the present invention efficiently holds the handle of paint utensil in a convenient orientation for quick access.

Abstract: A hand-held adhesive trough is provided which enables a floor or wall installer to comfortably hold in one hand an adhesive trough while using a bladed tool such as a trowel or tape knife with the other hand to apply adhesive to an underlying surface to which a floor or wall is to be installed. The trough includes a first compartment for fresh adhesive, and a second compartment for contaminated adhesive removed from the blade of the trowel. A trowel blade cleaner is incorporated in a wall of the second compartment to enable the installer to clean the trowel while holding the trough by sliding the blade through a v-shaped slot, with the old, contaminated adhesive falling from the blade into the second compartment. The compartments may include removable, disposable liners to ease clean-up. A comfortable, pistol-grip type handle is provided which may include a two-part adhesive for allowing the installer to form a custom-grip handle which conforms to the installer's grip.

The paint tray also has a plurality of roller end wipers located along a right and left side of the paint tray. The end wipers remove excess paint from the ends of the roller, which aids in eliminating drips and runs on the painted surface. The paint tray also has a four outboard legs that support the paint tray off of the ground and provide for increased stability and resistance to movement when applying paint to the roller.

Abstract: A paint apparatus is disclosed having a plurality of trays for use with a paint roller. A paint reservoir within each tray retains the paint. A grid portion is integrally formed in a lower surface of the paint apparatus, and has a plurality of channels and/or projections. The channels are curved, thereby providing increased surface area for the paint roller. The paint apparatus is also included in a kit containing paint application devices, practice paper, and instructional materials. The paint apparatus is further provided with a metering system which includes a plurality of grids and a mesh structure. The stackable grids are placed within the paint reservoir and permit the paint to wick up to a top surface of the stackable grids. During use of the apparatus, a user fills the paint reservoir with paint to a point below the top surface of the stackable grids. The user the rolls the rolling device over the grids, thereby loading the nap portion with paint.

Abstract: A paint apparatus kit is disclosed having a painting application device that includes a paint roller and a paint apparatus. The paint apparatus includes a plurality of walls and a lower surface contiguous with the walls forming an open box. Also included is at least one divider disposed within the walls forming a plurality of individual trays. Further, the paint apparatus includes a paint unloading section integrally formed with the lower surface, the paint unloading section including at least one channel for returning excess paint in the direction of gravity, and a paint distribution section integrally formed with the lower surface, the paint distribution section separate from the paint unloading section and including a plurality of projections extending from the lower surface for distributing paint on the painting application device. The paint apparatus kit also may contain additional paint application devices, practice paper, and instructional materials.
