The hand pump contains a cylinder, a handle, a piston movable inside the cylinder, and a cone shaped nozzle. The piston is attached to the handle at the first end of the cylinder; and the cylinder has the nozzle at the second end of the cylinder. The cone shaped hollow nozzle has a hole or opening at its tip of ideal size for blowing dust and debris from electronics, computer related equipment, and for general use in a clean manufacturing environment. A battery operated or rechargeable shake or crank flashlight or crank low voltage electric generator may also be attached to or combined with the pump to make it multifunctional and add to its utility.
