Changeable Decorative Appearance (e.g., Color, Etc.) Patents (Class 150/103)
  • Patent number: 7086437
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for sale of a custom made purse through a kiosk or Internet system. On computer screens, an individual purchases a purse and chooses the options, the size, the color, the fabric and everything necessary for the making of a custom made purse. This information is then electronically sent to the web company where the purse is prepared and shipped to the individual. The purse involved has been specially designed so that it can be customized; however, the purse is standard enough that it can be produced cheaply. The features that enable this are a releasable liner and releasably attached pouches on the outside and inside of the purse. This liner is attached to the purse by snaps or hock and loop fabric. The liner has several sides on which different types of pouches can be attached with snaps or hock and loop fabrics. This enables the inside of the purse to be customized with may different pouches.

  • Patent number: 6609942
Abstract: The present invention is a toy for amusement. The toy has a panel having one or more spherical toy balls, commonly known as “floating eyeballs,” Jet Balls™ or Glide Balls™, affixed to the panel in a bulging manner. The panel may have graphic depictions including human, insect, animal, or creature-like facial features on both its front and back surfaces. • Patent number: 4649974
Abstract: A handbag having a replaceable decorative cover is provided. The decorative cover has a laminated structure. A face sheet, a central core sheet and a back sheet are bonded to one another with the central core sheet between the face sheet and the back sheet. The central core sheet is a size smaller than the face and back sheets. The lamination is done by bonding the peripheral margins of the face and back sheets while the central core sheet is applied with adhesives at appropriate portions to be bonded to the face and back sheets. In this way, the peripheral marginal area of the laminated decorative cover is thinner than the central area thereof with the result that the marginal area can be inserted under the frame attached to the cover or body of the handbag without causing the frame to bulge. In addition, the laminated structure provides a wide range of alternatives in material selection.
