Abstract: A cut resistant and highly translucent tote utilizes a multilayer knitted metal fabric having a knitted metal outside layer and a knitted metal inside layer. These two knitted layers may be independent in a portion of the tote, such as in a clear-view portion of the tote, configured to allow clear visibility of items retained in the tote. The independent layers of knitted fabric are highly cut resistant, as they can flex in multiple direction and also move and slide with respect to each other. The tote may have a gusseted base with a base-side sleeve extending at the intersection of the base and sides to allow the tote to be free standing. An opening in the top of the tote may have a closure feature, such as hook-and-loop fastener material.

Abstract: A lamp is portable and provided. The lamp includes an adjustable lamp body; a lamp control assembly; and a lamp positioning mechanism. The adjustable lamp body is arranged on the lamp control assembly, and the lamp control assembly is arranged inside the lamp positioning mechanism. The adjustable lamp body includes at least one folding part, and the folding part includes two symmetrically arranged outer folding parts and two symmetrically arranged inner folding parts. The inner folding parts are respectively arranged between two ends of each outer folding part. The lamp control assembly includes a control box and a positioning plate respectively arranged at both ends of the adjustable lamp body. There are further provided a lamp belt and a handle body. The control box can adjust and position an angle through the handle body.

Abstract: A sports ball collection, transport and combination sports goal device is provided, comprising a set of hingedly attached frame members and an internal netted bag attached thereto. The frames are rounded sections of tubular material that are connected at their terminal ends at two hinge devices. The hinges allow the rounded frame sections to be opened and closed with respect to one another, providing access to the internal netting or closure thereof. In an open configuration, the frames provide a structure to hold the netted bag in an open position, wherein balls may easily be placed into the bag. In a closed position, the frame members mate together to form a closed bag and handled device for improved carrying and transport of the device and sports ball contained therein. In an alternate configuration, the frames may be positioned to act as a sports goal for recreational purposes, or to facilitate entry of sports balls within the bag cavity.

Abstract: A purse comprises a frame including a pair of elongated parallel rails and a pair of V-frames connected to opposite end of the rails which allow the rails to be moved between spaced apart and closed together positions. A cover defining an enclosure is sized to fit around the frame when the rails are in both of their positions. The cover includes opposite side walls with upper edge margins and cooperating fastening means on the frame and on the cover for releasably securing the side wall upper edge margins of the cover to the rails of the frame.
