It is defined by a fixed perimeter frame (10, 32) with apertures (12, 33) of the dimensions of the door, in which slides, snugly, a first framework (11, 34) and a second framework (14, 35) that can be moved inside the first framework and whose hollow is occupied by a series of pads or blocks (21, 22, 36, 37, 38) that can move independently through the action of respective cylinders (39, 40, 41) in order to occupy the raised position, forming the voids (15, 16, 29) for panelling or glazing, if any. The fixed frame (10, 32) has a moveable interior part (78) for producing oversized doors.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 18, 2007Publication date: July 2, 2009Inventor: Manuel López Sánchez

Patent number: 7540314Abstract: Collation and welding of card component sheets can be performed in a simple facility. Plastic cards such as IC cards having substantially no distortion and twisting are provided. A round hole (17) and an ellipse hole (18) are formed at the corresponding positions in layered component sheets (19a to 19d), and positioning pins (21) are inserted and passed through respective holes. Since at this occasion, the ellipse hole (18) has play relative to the positioning pin (21), the distortion and twisting of each card component sheet can be adsorbed, and the appearance can be improved by avoiding printing dislocation and the like. It is also able to prevent mechanical strength from lowering due to residual stress.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 2005Date of Patent: June 2, 2009Assignee: Sony CorporationInventors: Kenichi Kano, Kimitaka Nishimura

Patent number: 7513286Abstract: A heat seal die assembly for heat sealing plastic sheets, both solid wall and mesh, which comprises the following: first and second heat seal bars forming heat seal lines in said plastic sheets, with the bars being spaced from each other. Each heat seal bar faces a separate backing plate, against which the plastic sheet heat sealing is effected by the heat seal bars. The separate backing plates are respectively carried by a single support plate. The backing plates are connected to the support plate by threaded members which permit adjustable spacing of each backing plate from the support plate, to correspondingly adjust the spacing of each backing plate and heat seal bar during heat sealing operations. Also, optionally, a third, separate backing plate faces a heated cutter, with the third backing plate being adjustably carried in similar manner on the support plate to provide adjustable spacing, and corresponding adjustment of cutting conditions.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 2004Date of Patent: April 7, 2009Inventor: Michael J. Publication number: 20090061147Abstract: An inflatable or gas-filled insulation panel comprises an envelope having two outer sheets sealed together along edges of the sheets and at least one of the sheets has an outer reflective surface. The envelope encases a plurality of internal films that include a polymeric film having a plurality of reflective stripes disposed thereon and spaced apart on the films. Seals are formed along the gaps or areas between the reflective stripes on the films by application of heat and pressure, which causes the films to seal to each other and the outer sheets at spaced apart intervals. A channel is formed between the outer edges of the films and the outer sheets, and a valve, disposed at an end of the panel, is in fluid communication with the channel for the injection of a fluid, such as an inert gas or air, to inflate panel.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 28, 2008Publication date: March 5, 2009Inventors: William A. Patent number: 7478662Abstract: A sealer for bonding a cover foil to a support foil has upper and lower tools having confronting faces between which the foils move in a transport direction, a drive for pressing one of the tools vertically toward the other tool and thereby compressing the foils together between the faces, an intermediate plate between the drive means and the one tool formed with an array of pressurizable chambers. These chambers can be selectively pressurized.Type: GrantFiled: October 6, 2005Date of Patent: January 20, 2009Assignee: Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KGInventor: Jürgen Matzenmüller

Patent number: RE41169Abstract: An appliance for sealing elastic hoses with a sleeve, which is plastically deformable and slipped onto the hose, has two jaws which are movable towards and away from each other. One jaw has two straight bars which project towards the other jaw and extend transversely of the sleeve to make two transverse indentations in the sleeve and the hose when the jaws are moving towards each other. The same jaw has a cutting edge which projects towards the other jaw and is directed transversely of the sleeve, the cutting edge making a substantially transverse cutting indication in the sleeve and the hose when the jaws are moving towards each other.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 1999Date of Patent: March 30, 2010Assignee: Millipore ABInventor: Nils Arthun
