Abstract: A curtain hanging system is described that includes a curtain rod hanger with an overhead suspension member and a collar with a bellows. The curtain rod hanger includes one or more collar engaging members. When the collar is coupled to the curtain rod hanger via the collar engaging members, the bellows surrounds at least a portion of the curtain rod hanger.

Abstract: Overhead door assemblies having both interlocking and releasable guide assemblies, and multi-piece guide track assemblies for use with same are disclosed herein. An overhead door track configured in accordance with one embodiment of the invention includes a first side portion formed from a first piece of material and a second side portion formed from a second piece of material. The first side portion has a first guide surface and a first retention surface. The second side portion has a second guide surface and a second retention surface. In one aspect of this embodiment, the first side portion is joined to the second side portion to define an open channel or gap region therebetween. The first and second guide surfaces extend from the gap region toward a first direction, and the first and second retention surfaces diverge from the gap region toward a second direction, opposite to the first direction. The first and second retention surfaces can be configured to movably retain a door guide member.

Abstract: A curtain rail structure includes a first rail unit having two adjacent first sliding rails, each of which defining on one side a first sliding channel; a second rail unit movably connected with the first rail unit and including two second sliding rails separately and movably received in the first sliding rails and respectively defining on one side a second sliding channel corresponding to and communicating with one of the first sliding channels; and a plurality of hanging units separately and movably connected to the first and the second sliding rails and respectively including sliding members movably mounted to the first and the second sliding channels, and a hanger member connected to the sliding members. The second sliding rails can be extended from or retracted into the first sliding rails, allowing the curtain rail structure to be practically and conveniently used with differently sized windows and be easily mounted.

Abstract: A curtain carrier includes a carrier body having a mounting ring which has an inner wall provided with a sliding face, a first support seat having a connecting tube which is inserted into the mounting ring and has an inner wall provided with an engaging hole, a second support seat having an engaging sleeve which is inserted into and closely fit in the engaging hole, and a rolling module located between the first support seat and the second support seat and slidably mounted between the sliding face and the connecting tube. Thus, the curtain carrier has a simplified construction, thereby greatly decreasing the cost of fabrication. In addition, the first support seat and the second support seat are assembled easily and quickly, thereby facilitating assembly of the curtain carrier.

Abstract: A three dimensional shade to provide a three dimensional layer structure and profile includes a movable frame and a shade. The movable frame is installed on any two sliding docks movable on a track of a upper beam. The movable frame includes at least two coupling plates that are hinged together to hang the shade. A drawing element is provided to draw and perform retraction and extension operations so that the shade can be retracted and extended to form a profile same as the movable frame to achieve the three dimensional effect.

Abstract: A ring assembly for a curtain includes a first ring and a second ring located on two sides of the curtain sheet and the first ring has a first hole and multiple protrusions extend from a side of the first ring. The second ring has a second hole and multiple engaging slots are defined through the second ring. Each engaging slot includes a reception port and at least one restriction port which communicates with the reception port. A neck path is defined between the reception port and the at least one restriction port. The protrusions extend through the curtain sheet and into the reception ports of the second rings and the second rings are rotated to force the protrusions to pass through the neck path and be engaged with the at least one restriction port.

Abstract: Disposable curtains, systems and methods to install a disposable curtain, and methods of manufacturing a disposable curtain are disclosed. A disclosed system to install a disposable curtain includes: a washable mesh upper curtain; an installation bag structured to be suspended from an installer during installation; a disposable curtain located in the installation bag; and a plurality of connectors to removably suspend the disposable curtain from the upper curtain.

Abstract: A shower curtain hook includes a hook member having a large curved body for supporting the hook member on a shower curtain rod, and a small curved body; and a mounting plate secured to a shower curtain, the mounting plate being releasably secured to a tail of the hook member so that the shower curtain may be hung on the shower curtain rod by resting a plurality of shower curtain hooks on the shower curtain rod by a single operation.

Abstract: A ring assembly for curtains includes a first ring located on the outside of the curtain sheet, a second ring located on the inside of the curtain sheet and a cover ring connected to the first ring. The second ring includes first protrusions which extend through the curtain sheet and are engaged with first apertures in the first ring to clamp the curtain sheet between the first and second rings. The cover ring includes second protrusions which are engaged with the second apertures in the first ring so as to hide the first apertures and the first protrusions in the first apertures.

Abstract: A drapery carrier comprising a carrier body with first and second coaxially joined wheels on opposite sides of the carrier body, and bearings entrapped within the drapery carrier between raceway seat portions of the wheels. An axial finger extends from the first wheel and is engagingly held within an axial bore of the second wheel. Respective outer circumferential wheel surfaces of the first and second wheels define first and second wheel outer diameters of the first and second wheels, and the bearing center-to-center orbit diameter is less than the first and second wheel outer diameters. Three embodiments of a carrier strip hold a plurality of the drapery carriers prior to and during insertion within a drapery track, and permit easy insertion of the drapery carriers into the track by sliding the track onto the drapery carriers while they are held by the carrier strip.

A curtain ring glide is integrated with the master carrier assembly. The ring glide includes a frame having an receptacle opening located therein. A clip tab is integrally formed with the frame and resiliently extends into the receptacle. The clip tab and the receptacle opening are configured to cooperatively and removably receive and retain a cooperative end of a curtain ring within the receptacle opening.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a hanger device used to suspend hanging materials such as curtains, shower curtains, or other sheet-like materials from a horizontally suspended rod to provide a barrier or for decorative purposes. In a preferred embodiment, the hanger device comprises a body portion having first and second ends; an extending member connected to and extending from each of the first and second ends; and, a fixed or removable decorative element having a connector portion and a cover portion for attaching to one or both extending members, wherein when a plurality of hanging materials are suspended from the hanger device, a top portion of the hanging materials is coupled to each opposed extending member, such that the hanging materials are positioned between the decorative elements and the body portion.

Abstract: A method and apparatus, for pleating curtains and pleated curtains using the apparatus, are described. The apparatus may be provided as a parts kit which includes a stiffener, pleat-forming members, and fasteners. The stiffener is attached to a curtain and bent into a series of pleat-shaped formations. The pleat-forming members and fasteners are used to hold the stiffener and support the curtain, forming the created pleats in place. The curtain may then be hung on a curtain rod by a separate hanging element which couples the pleat-forming members to a curtain rod. The hanging element may form an integral part of the pleat-forming member.

Abstract: A drapery arrangement includes a drapery fabric, a sliding track, and a plurality of sliding wheels. Each of the sliding wheels includes a sliding hanger, a wheel seat, a central connecting shaft, and a plurality of sliding elements. The wheel seat, having a rotating groove, is adapted to fittedly receive in a toggle cavity of the sliding hanger, wherein the wheel seat has a through connecting channel extended along a radial direction thereof. The central connecting shaft penetrates though the connecting channel enhancing a structural rigidity of the respective sliding wheel, and evenly distributing a load imposed on the sliding wheel. The plurality of sliding elements is rotatably received in the rotating groove for running on a circular sidewall of the toggle cavity, wherein the sliding wheel is slidably mounted on the sliding track for sliding therealong.

Abstract: A motorized and manual clutch of curtain track, set on a curtain track, the curtain track is provided with a belt which is driven by motor and carrier hook parts which are used to hang curtain. The motorized and manual clutch is composed of a clutch body module and a clutch bar module, the clutch body module and said clutch bar module are detachably connected. A gap is provided on the belt, the clutch body module is set in the gap, connected with the belt and moved with the belt. The clutch bar module is set under the clutch body module connected with the carrier hook parts and moves the carrier hook parts. The application of the new practical motorized and manual clutch of curtain track solves the operation problem when power cut or breakdown motor or electrical circuit. It further improves the practical value of motorized curtain track.

In another embodiment, the ring has a mating member at one end and a corresponding mating member at the other end, the corresponding mating member being engaged with the mating member to close the ring in an inoperative position.

Abstract: A privacy curtain system is described that includes a curtain having a plurality of curtain release mechanisms attached thereto, the curtain release mechanisms each having a rod engaging member extending therefrom. The blocks are composed of wood and are substantially identical being secured to the web regularly spaced apart. The web is preferably composed of jute fabric and is attached with fasteners to a substantially horizontal wooden fascia backboard which is wall-mounted.

This corner curtain support, suspended from an enclosure curtain rod near a side lateral wall of the enclosure, comprises a counterweighted, cantilevered, right triangular frame, with the hypotenuse edge formed into a concave arc directed into the enclosed region of the frame, from which can be suspended a curtain, forming an approximately right angle corner enclosure barrier about the open side edge of the enclosure, when the corner support, holding the curtain, is pushed against this side wall.

An inner wall of the locking hole is a threaded wall for locking a screw rod of a decoration.

Abstract: The present invention is a reversible single-piece flex holder for retaining a flexible sign face to a sign frame. The flex holder has a latch block and a latch blade movable toward the latch block about a hinge, for clamping the margin of a sign face. A pair of pivot lips are provided on the outside of the flex holder for engagement into a slot in a sign frame. These pivot lips are symmetrical to each other relative to a clamping axis of the flex holder, such that the flex holder is interchangeably mountable to the margin of a flexible sign face. The flex holder also has a stopper lip extending from the latch block and a stopper bulge on the latch blade. The lip and the bulge interfere with each other when the latch blade is reopened to a certain extent to prevent over-stressing the hinge.

The bridge of the attachment means defines a recess with a sleeve to receive the extended second portion of the coupling means to form the fastening device as claimed and disclosed in the present invention.

A combination-type curtain hook having a stitching strap and a moving hook, characterized in that the stitching strap includes a stitching piece having one side being mounted with a plurality of protruded blocks being spaced apart to form a sliding rail, and the other side of the stitching piece is stitched to the folded flap of a curtain, and the moving hook including a pair of protruded arms at one side thereof is engageable with the protruded block and the protruded arms are positioned at the gap formed between each neighboring protruded blocks, thereby the sliding hook slides up and down along the protruded blocks, achieving the positioning and height adjustment of the curtain.

A connector pivotally secures the legs together adjacent the top ends, and a spring biases the bottom ends towards one another. Automatic fasteners are provided for locking the bottom ends together when the clip suspends a curtain and for unlocking the bottom ends when the clip is not suspending a curtain, as are manually operable wings for overcoming the biasing spring to spread the bottom ends apart when the bottom ends are not locked together.

The fitting in either embodiment includes an integral stud (34), fabricated by injection molding, replacing a snap fastener metallic stud (38) used by prior art. The drapery employs a snap fastener socket (36) attached to the fabric which snaps over the integral socket on the fitting to hold the drapes securely in place, and yet, provides a removable feature for cleaning or replacement.

A guide is configured to slidably engage the pair of flanges along the channel. A carrier is secured to the guide and includes a base having a catch formed therein. A loop extends from the base over the rod. The curtain tab is positioned over the loop and is retained by a fabric retaining clip. The clip is hinged to the base and includes a locking tab formed therein. The locking tab engages the catch when the clip is in a closed position.
