Abstract: According to one example, a screed assembly for a paver is disclosed. The screed assembly can include an end gate, a screed extender and a stowage apparatus. The screed extender can be selectively connected to the end gate via a first one or more quick attachment mechanisms. When connected, the screed extender can be configured to operably position the end gate relative to a main screed. The stowage apparatus can have a second one or more quick attachment mechanisms for selectively coupling the stowage apparatus to the end gate. The stowage apparatus can be movable from a first position for transportation of the paver where the end gate is coupled to the stowage apparatus and the end gate is positioned behind the main screed to a second position during operation of the paver where the end gate is decoupled from the stowage apparatus and the stowage apparatus is positioned adjacent the main screed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a removable pet door. The removable pet door comprising a lower wall section hingedly connected to an upper wall section. The present removable pet door addresses or ameliorates some of the issues encountered by presently available pet doors.

Abstract: A magnetic separator for a central heating system comprises a housing, a separation chamber within the housing, and inlet and outlet ports extending from the housing. The inlet and outlet ports include push-fit connectors having collets surrounding the mouth of each of the inlet and outlet for releasing the connectors. The magnetic separator also has a release tool. The release tool has first and second bearing areas for bearing against the collets of the inlet and outlet connectors, and a handle region for enabling force to be applied, via the bearing areas, to both connectors simultaneously.

Abstract: A security gate includes a first panel and a second panel arranged to move relative to the first panel to close a doorway. The gate also includes a lock for locking the second panel to the first panel to establish the width of the gate.

Abstract: A sliding door security insert assembly installable into an opening made when one sliding door mounted for lateral movement within a door frame is partially opened to define the opening between one door jamb and a facing sliding door stile. A substantially rectangular insert frame includes a lower transverse member adapted to be supported on the lower track while said upper transverse member is adapted to be positioned into the upper track for lateral sliding movement only. An elongated locking shim is positionable between the upper transverse member and the upper track prevents insert frame removal. Offset locking pins attached to one insert frame stile are adapted to be inserted into a mating hole formed into the facing sliding door stile and visa versa whereby the insert frame and the sliding door are connectable together. Full adjustability in height and mating thickness with the existing sliding door edge is also provided.

Abstract: A screen door insert is disclosed that can be used in lieu of, or in combination with, a standard screen door. The insert is particularly useful for apartment dwellers who may not be provided with a screen door. The screen door insert provides security and convenience, since it cannot be easily opened and it is also easily mountable. The insert is constructed so as to be self supporting in a standard door frame. The frame of the screen door insert is foldable in half upon itself to provide for compact and easy storage.

Abstract: A partition, more particularly for a corner-shower, with a rounded entrance area, contains door-elements by means of which the entrance-area may be closed off or opened. The door-elements are arranged displaceably in guide-rails which are curved in the entrance area and are connected to at least one wall-element. It should be possible to produce a partition of this kind inexpensively and to obtain reliable guidance and accurate alignment of the door-elements with as few components as possible. The door-elements are curved to match the guide-rails and the guide-elements of each door-element is arranged at a predetermined distance from the longitudinal edges. A total of two door-elements is provided and these are curved over an angular range of approximately 45.degree.. They are adjustable in height by means of at least one guide-element, more particularly an eccentric pin.
