Abstract: An adjustable assembly for installing and supporting a window unit air conditioner (WUAC) allowing a one-step easy installation and removal. The apparatus has two U-shaped horizontal member and one U-shaped vertical member that utilize the window frame and the weight of the WUAC, to install and keep the WUAC in place. The assembly fits behind and unto the spine of the WUAC as well as across the width of the WUAC. When lifted in place, the assembly fits against the window frame using gravity to securely keep the WUAC in place. The assembly may be used alone or in combination with the horizontal support member and/or the vertical member depending on the weight of the WUAC. The second U-shaped member is placed around both sides and the rear of the installed WUAC with the flange supported against the inner window frame. Using tension force, this provides support for the extruding WUAC.

Abstract: A reinforced punch-free arcuate shower curtain rod includes a base, a sleeve, a short tube, an inner tube, an outer tube, and a pressing member. A double-sided adhesive is disposed on a bottom surface of the pressing member. A positioning block is disposed on the pressing member. The base can be maintained in contact with a wall surface by means of the friction force between the PVC gasket and the wall surface and the adhesive force of the double-sided adhesive. In addition, the positioning block of the pressing member is inserted through the base to be pressed against and in contact with a cambered surface of a front end of the sleeve.

Abstract: An adjustable mounting assembly includes a wall channel; an adjustment channel fitting within the wall channel; and a connection means arranged to adjustably connect the adjustment channel to the wall channel. The connection means includes a fixing block, with a first aperture therethrough, arranged to fit within the wall channel and between the wall and adjustment channels, the first aperture arranged to receive a wall fixing member arranged to pass through the base of the wall channel so as to secure the fixing block to the wall channel; and an adjustable fixing member arranged to secure the adjustment channel to the fixing block, a head of the adjustable fixing member being within the adjustment channel in use; wherein movement of the adjustable fixing member is arranged to allow movement of the adjustment channel, and the adjustment channel is arranged to receive a profile strip to cover the adjustable fixing member.

Abstract: A spring winding type window shade includes a headrail providing a first fastening device, a curtain having a second fastening device located at one end thereof and fastened to the first fastening device of the headrail, scroll springs longitudinally and tightly bonded to the curtain with respective one ends thereof fastened to the second fastening device of the curtain, and a clamp for clamping the respective opposite ends of the curtain and scroll springs remote from the headrail so that the curtain and the scroll springs can be received in an accommodation space in the clamp in a rolled up condition. When pressing a press portion of the clamp, the clamp is opened, allowing the curtain to be rolled up or extended out with the scroll springs. When release the applied pressure from the press portion, the clamp automatically clamps the curtain and the scroll springs again.

Abstract: A hinge hanger and accessory components are described. In a one illustrative embodiment, the hinge hanger includes a curved supporting connector, a hook component and an arm component. The curved supporting connector is configured to interface with a cylindrical component. Also, the curved supporting connector has a top lip that interfaces with the cylindrical component. Additionally, the curved supporting connector has a bottom end that interfaces with the cylindrical component. The hook component is disposed near the bottom end of the curved supporting connector. The arm component extends from the curved supporting connector. The arm component includes a vertical upright component proximate to a distal end of the arm component. The arm component also includes an elastic base at the distal end of the arm component.

Abstract: A suction mounted door hook has two suctions cups and a hook connected to the two suction cups. Each suction cup has a cup portion and a loop portion attached to the cup portion such that the loop portion and a surface of the cup portion define an opening. There is a recess on that surface of the cup portion and a pair of spaced apart loop projections on the top surface and preferably on the bottom surface of the loop portion that have a recess between them which is opposite the recess in the cup portion. The hook has an S-shaped body and two legs, one leg being within the opening of each suction cup. The hook can be in either an extended position or a folded position. Surfaces and projections on the hook mate with the recesses in the suction cups to hold the hook in either position.

Abstract: A vehicle headliner attachment system for mounting a headliner to a non-magnetic roof structure includes a headliner with an interior and an exterior surface, a magnet affixed to the exterior surface of the headliner, and a ferromagnetic clip mounted to the non-magnetic roof structure. The magnet and the ferromagnetic clip enable magnetic attachment of the headliner to the non-magnetic roof structure.

Abstract: Devices for retaining shower curtains in bath tubs to prevent mildew, fungus, bacteria and mold from growing at the interface of the shower curtain and the bath tub are disclosed. The devices are capable of being installed in existing showers and pull the curtain back from the shower tub.

Abstract: A fastening assembly for managing and statically positioning or holding objects, and for other uses, the fastening assembly comprising a flexible, corrugated tube, the tube having a first end and a second end, the first and second ends having an attachment mechanism, for example, male and female hook and loop ends (a mechanism commonly referred to by the trademark “Velcro”), which hook and loop ends are capable of being attached to each other to secure the ends of the tube to encompass various objects. The corrugated tube is extendable and condensable, and is allowed to encompass and detachably hold together curtains, drapes, towels, cords, wires, tubes of varying widths carrying liquid or air, lines, strings, or similar groupings of products having length where an advantage exists in collecting, coalescing, binding, and fastening a single product or a grouping of products.

Abstract: A hanger for hanging of garlands and the like around a doorway can be removably placed within a doorway, where it is secured by pressure and friction, thereby avoiding any damage to the door or door frame. The hanger includes outward extensions that extend outward of the door frame to permit hanging of garlands and the like on either side of the doorway. The hanger may also include one or more central extensions for supporting the garlands or the like centrally above the doorway so that the garland or the like does not hang downward too much, thus keeping the doorway clear. The hanger can also be a part of the decoration around the doorway. Various configurations of the hanger may fit different widths of door frames, including a wide range of door frame widths, and features of the hanger provide additional flexibility for different door configurations including sidelights.

The curtain tie device includes a plurality of decorative pieces linked together by connectors forming a chain link. At least one fastener may be connected to the chain link. Abstract: The device for maintaining window coverings or vertically hanging flexible panels includes a frame, apparatus for retaining the flexible panel in the frame and an attachment to attach the flexible panel to the frame. Preferably, the device is lightweight and nonporous. The device is formed into a desired shape in order to maintain a desired orientation of the hanging flexible panel.

Abstract: A curtain clip for holding and embellishing a gathered curtain in a predetermined position. The curtain clip includes a pair of curtain retainer members having an elongated longitudinal side, an ornamental lever portion, and a distal end. The curtain clip is attached and operated by a pivot pin and coil spring assembly, that pivots the ornamental lever portion opening the curtain retainer distal ends to receive the curtain material, and urging the distal ends closed to clasp onto the curtain material. The curtain clip incorporates a decorative design element on the ornamental lever which aesthetically embellishes the curtain.

Abstract: A method of forming scalloped configuration in a single or double-layer curtain comprises providing the curtain with a pair of ties with their upper ends attached to the curtain and their lower ends hanging freely. A solid bead having a passageway therethrough is slipped upwardly through each tie to approximately the same height until a scalloped configuration is formed in the curtain.

Abstract: A toy storage curtain contains a toy-storage pocket affixed to the lower end of a curtain panel, and further includes a tieback which supports a tieback pouch which also is used to store toys. Soft, light toys, such as stuffed animals, are the best candidates for storage in this system. Abstract: A retaining bracket structure for a cordless continuous folding blind including a pair of flexible retaining brackets. Each of the two flexible retaining brackets, of plastic materials, is made up of a pressing plate protruding at the middle section thereof, a pair of C-shaped clamping arms symmetrically extending at both sides of the pressing plate thereof, and a pointed hook bending inwards at each end of the C-shaped clamping arms thereof. In operation, the pressing plate of the flexible retaining bracket is applied from a front of the blind to abut against an upper side of the continuous folding blind collected from bottom to top at a desirable position, and the C-shaped clamping arm are bent downwards to extend backwards at the underside until the pointed hooks clamp from a rear of a top of the collected continuous folding blind.

Abstract: Several fastening arrangements can hold a group of slats of a vertical blind in a fairly tightly juxtaposed arrangement that minimizes rattling caused by wind or ventilation air currents. The combination of a clip, that can be clipped around a selected one of the slats, and a flexible, string-like tie allows a user to gather other slats of the group next to the selected one and to tie the gathered slats together. In other cases, at least some of the slats of a blind are modified by the introduction of lateral notches that cooperate with string-like ties to bind a group of slats together.

The hooked section of the top support member is insertionally positioned in the joint section formed between the bottom end of the body and the draw bar.

Abstract: An adjustable finial mounting bracket apparatus generally comprising a first bracket, a firs t flange, a second bracket, a second flange, a knob, and a screw. The first flange and second flange extend outwardly from the first bracket and the second bracket, respectively, and are adapted to engage the lips of a headrail for a curtain or drapery. The first bracket and the second bracket abut each other and are attached together by a screw. Each bracket is adapted to longitudinally move with respect to the other, thereby providing the adjustment capability for attachment onto headrails of varying sizes. The surfaces of both the first bracket and the second bracket are corrugated so that detent movement is provided when sliding first bracket relative to second bracket, and greater holding strength of the apparatus on the headrail is achieved when the screw is tightened.
