Abstract: A bottom rail for a flexible material shade including an elongated base dimensioned and configured to be connected to the shade. The base has a hollow interior, extending along the length thereof, and including a plurality of cavities extending interiorly along the length of the base. The plurality of cavities are symmetrically disposed relative to a major axis of the base and are cooperatively structured with the base to be connected to a free end of the shade in different operative orientations, methods styles, etc.

Abstract: A bottom bar for a roller blind. The bottom bar has a longitudinal body with an upper surface having a longitudinal channel that is in communication with a generally hollow interior. The channel receives the lower end of the blind fabric to which is secured a stopper to hang the longitudinal body from the fabric. The bottom bar includes one or more spacers receivable within the generally hollow interior and between the stopper and the upper surface of the longitudinal body. The spacers increase the set-off between the stopper and the upper surface of the longitudinal body, thereby lifting the elevation of the longitudinal body relative to the roller tube.

Abstract: A window covering auxiliary device includes at least one attracted member, an operation handle and at least one attracting member. The at least one attracted member is mounted on a window covering. The operation handle includes a holding unit and a guiding unit. The guiding unit is mounted on the holding unit and has a top provided with a guide portion which is provided with a receiving recess. The at least one attracting member is mounted in the receiving recess of the operation handle. The at least one attracting member and the at least one attracted member are magnetically attracted with each other.

Abstract: One aspect of the present invention provides a bottom bar fixing device of Venetian blinds comprising: at least on first fixing elements attached to a lower face of a bottom bar of the Venetian blinds each including an engaging portion having a plurality of hooks formed thereon and an operation portion extending outwardly and upwardly from the engaging portion; and at least one second fixing elements attached to a wall, each second fixing element having loops for engaging with the hooks of the first fixing element in order to hold the bottom bar to the wall when the Venetian blinds is in a fully extended state by engaging the first and the second fixing elements.

Abstract: A tent having a wind resistant tubular frame comprises: a frame having a) multiple frame legs, each leg having a lower portion lockingly hinged to an upper portion, wherein the lower portion can be swung open from a storage position in which the upper and lower portions are adjacent to each other, and then locked in an open operable position; and, b) a crown to which the an inner end portion of the upper portion of each one of the multiple legs is hinged generally laterally thereto, wherein the legs can be laterally rotated from a storage position in which they are adjacent to each other to an operable, spaced apart position in which the frame legs radiate outwardly from the crown; and, a canvas, shaped to cover one of an inner and outer sides of the frame. In a preferred aspect of this invention the tent further comprises a door side leg for opening an entire segment of the tent between two tent frame legs for convenient entry of large equipment.

Abstract: A blind having a support system and a sheet material secured to at least a portion of the support system. The support system includes a number (n) of horizontal support members and a number (n+1) of vertical support members, wherein n corresponds to an integer of 2 or greater, and a plurality of flexible joints connecting each vertical support member to at least one of the horizontal support members, with at least one of the vertical support members connected by one of the joints to at least two of the horizontal support members.

Abstract: An improved two-piece, gripping bar device for securing and selective roll-up of flexible sheeting useful is provided in screening outdoor rigid structures, like greenhouses. The identical rod-like pieces present a shape having an elongate cylindrical form upon conjoining which device grips a length of sheeting. The pieces permit firm mating by virtue of a linear mating ridge on the contacting surface of each member which compliments an opposing mating linear recess on the opposing surface of the other member, so that each member presents at least one pair of parallel, linear ridges and linear recesses. Central of the arcuate or somewhat squared outer surface of the device is at least one elongate channel adapted to receive and recess option of fastener heads that will retain a second or third sheet of flexible material and thus also be rolled-up with the inner sheeting to selected vertical heights.

Abstract: An attachment for tension mounted shower rods to provide decorative accents to the shower rod. The attachment includes an L-shaped bracket extending from a circular member adapted to be positioned between the end of the shower rod and the wall. The L-shaped bracket is designed to extend out in front of the shower rod and accepts a decorative accent. The accent piece frictionally engages the bracket allowing exchange of accents for a variety of ornamental appearances.

Abstract: A coupling structure for a screen with a fixing rod comprises the screen having at its end a predetermined length of an accessory section provided with a pair of rigid engaging plates, and the fixing rod having a pair of curved side walls separated by an intermediate partition for forming a pair of coupling chambers. The pair of rigid engaging plates holding the accessory section therebetween are inserted and propped within the coupling chamber. The accessory section has a length enough to cover an outer face of the side wall for obtaining a good appearance.

Abstract: There is disclosed a device for attachment to a free margin of flexible webbing material, as for example, a map, wherein the device comprises an elongated mounting strip to which the free margin of flexible webbing material may be affixed and a rigid elongated substantially hollow holder element having an open end, an outer wall, and a longitudinal slot within the outer wall having a width approximating the thickness of the webbing material. The outer wall is continuous in cross-section circumferentially from one edge of the slot to the other edge of the slot. The holder element further includes elongated rib means within the holder element extending substantially the entire length thereof. The rib means defines an aperture communicating with the slot and is shaped to accommodate the mounting strip lengthwise through the open end with the webbing material extending through the slot.
