Abstract: A drag mat includes a drag bar attachment, a plurality of connector pins, and a connector rod for securing the drag bar attachment to the mesh of the drag mat. The drag bar attachment eliminates the two-part construction of the prior art and provides reversibility to the drag mat. The plurality of pins and connector rod eliminate the need for a riveted construction and thus simplifies assembly of the drag mat.
Abstract: A cultivator for towing by an ATV comprises a cultivator frame including a plurality of horizontal parallel tool bars and a pair of side rails interconnecting the tool bars to hold the tool bars at right angels to a direction of forward movement of the frame. The middle tool bar is of a length to extend only between the rails. The front tool bar is of intermediate length and extends beyond the rails to leave free ends. The rear tool bar is longest. Each tool bar carries a plurality of S-tines. A pair of ground wheels is mounted on a cross-shaft of the frame at the front tool bar for pivotal movement relative to the frame and including an actuation lever operable by an electric actuator for raising a height of the frame relative to the ground. A hitch pole is connected to the frame by a pair of collars under the front tool bar and the middle tool bar and extends forwardly therefrom to a hitch connection for connecting to the vehicle.
Abstract: Apparatus for mounting a plurality of substance distribution heads to an agricultural implement used in post-emergence and pre-emergence row crop farming operation. The apparatus includes an elongate support which is disposed generally transversely to the longitudinal direction of the row crops. The elongate support is receivable of a plurality of substance distribution heads. The apparatus further includes a mounting means for mounting the elongate support to the agricultural implement wherein the mounting means includes height adjustment means for adjusting the height of the elongate support relative to the row crops so that the generally vertical distance between the distribution heads and the row crops is selectively adjustable.
Abstract: A tongue drawn rotary apparatus for chopping vegetation and for churning and working the soil, including individually supported shredder reels mounted on a frame, which frame may be lowered and raised in response to a wheel retraction and extension rocker mechanism, which mechanism also provides firm and resilient support to the tongue.
